Exceptional Massage Experience!!! I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a truly fantastic massage, and I cannot speak highly enough about it. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel completely at ease. The ambiance of the massage room was serene and calming, setting the perfect tone for relaxation.The massage itself was nothing short of exceptional. The therapist, Lulu, demonstrated a mastery of various techniques and tailored the session to address my specific needs and areas of tension. Her skilled hands worked wonders, easing away knots and stress with precision and care. I left feeling completely rejuvenated, with a newfound sense of well-being that lasted long after the session ended.What truly stood out to me was Lulu's professionalism and attentiveness throughout the entire experience. I got an oriental oil massage aka full body massage for 1 hour and loved it ! The guy did a good job and the pressure was great. They used coconut oil all over my body and washed it off with a hot towel when complete so I wasn't left oily. During the massage they used hot stones which wasn't expecting because they have a separate service for that. I paid $48 For a full hour and did not get shorted of my time like at other places. Will come back if I'm in the area again.

I recently attended a 90-minute massage session, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations for several reasons. This was the second consecutive disappointing experience I've had with at Bamboo Creek Spa.

Firstly, I noticed a consistent issue where the massage therapists do not adhere to specific instructions provided at the outset of the session. Despite clear communication of my preferences and requirements, the service rendered failed to align with my expectations.

Additionally, my latest visit was particularly concerning due to health and safety considerations. The therapist assigned to me exhibited symptoms suggestive of being unwell, notably breathing heavily. This was discomforting, especially during a time when health precautions are paramount, even though a towel was placed over my face in previous sessions. She eventually put one over me, but it was too late.

Moreover, the quality of service has perceptibly declined, yet the pricing structure has been adjusted to match premium establishments like Burke Williams. This adjustment does not reflect the value or quality of the service provided.

My wife, who also had an unsatisfactory experience during her last visit, shares this sentiment.

We had hoped for a better service experience, especially considering the price point. I trust this feedback will be taken constructively, allowing for the necessary adjustments to be made to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Best massage of my life and I’ve had many, plus I’m picky. Best value for your money. $60 for 60 minutes and they use hot stones too. Ask for Angela and she will pamper you that you will forget all your worries.

I got a massage by Jason… and honestly it was the absolute best massage I have ever received, better than those expensive af places, and way more affordable! He got knots out that I never even knew existed. I feel like a new person 😂

My first time here and it was wonderful.
I’m always hesitant to try somewhere new, but this spa came highly recommended and I just moved to this area a few years ago and didn’t want to drive an hour to my regular Spa.
But…. I’m so happy I tried Bamboo Creek Spa… I had a 90 minute Deep tissue full body massage. Anna was my masseuse ……she was so sweet, she checked a few times to make sure it wasn’t too much pressure …and without me telling her my neck was really bothering me (which is why I came in) she worked that area more than anywhere else I noticed - so she must’ve already known without me saying anything …and I walked out feeling like a new woman. THANK YOU ANNA! But I will definitely be back again .. I’m so happy it’s so close I’ll be here regularly …
Also… it’s a very nice spa, (love the ambience) everyone here was so nice .. and it’s super clean.

I've gone to countless massage places over the past 22 years. High end places that cost $200 to $300 and places that only cost $30. I have severe arthritis so I need massages a lot. Bamboo creek is next to my house, has normal prices for a 60 min massage...$50 to $60, and every person I get whether man or woman never fails to give a good massage. They don't charge extra for hot rocks when the high end places definitely love to charge extra for that. Bamboo doesn't cheat you on the time either. They don't start getting tired after 30 or 40 min has passed...which alot of massage therapists do. They also ALWAY have openings even if they r busy, they will fit u in. If I call and want to come within 10 min, they will always say yes. Thanks Bamboo 😊 I absolutly recommend them. In fact I'll probably go there today...lol 😁 ----SG

I was in need of a massage today and found Bamboo Creek on a web search and was able to get in today. Lucy gave me a 60 min massage that was so great I decided to get a 30 min reflexology foot massage as well in with Lucy also did. Prices are extremely reasonable. I left feeling amazing and will definitely be back.

This place has great full body massage! Great for athletes or after traveling. I so far always get a female without asking, and Tio generously since the price is so low. They don't speak English but massage is a universally language!

Absolutely wonderful!! Angel gave me a full body massage & she was great!! I hurt my back 3 days ago & this is the first time I've felt human in 3 days!! I will definately return!! 😃👍

I love coming here. The ambiance is dark and relaxing. Not much English is spoken here. Prices are inexpensive, so I try to tip them well since I'm still spending way less than I would at a regular spa.

I cant say enough about how excellent the service, performance and price is. Language barrier is not necessary because the therapists already know what you need through touch. Talk is cheap. Feeling is real.

This place is legit, every massage I've ever gotten here has been top notch. Great prices, great massages.

Casey an excellent massage therapist very nice and sweet I had laryngitis for 3 and a half weeks and she helped my voice comeback by voice.

Had a wonderful massage with Molly. Everytime I've been here it's been a relaxing experience. Will be back.
