Build your own salads and bowls with fresh ingredients. I love that you can get healthy food quick here. The chopanini is really good, and the grilled spinach wrap makes it taste even better. You’re able to customize them too, which is helpful as there’s not a vegetarian option. There is indoor seating available too. The employees are friendly.

old review: i am so heartbroken that you guys got rid of tuna. this was my favorite place and favorite bowl. and had the best options and now it is no more.

This has made my life so much happier. you don’t understand how happy i am to have seen that the tuna salad is coming back. i have missed it so much. i cannot wait to order my favorite food ever. thank you so so so so so much!

12/14/22 since the review had posted below, I visited the shop again. First of all I appreciated the response I got from management to my previous comments. At this time there was a new shift supervisor who is much more accommodating and friendly. As usual the salad was delicious.

11/22 I’m a regular customer to this restaurant. I really like their salads. They’re fresh and taste good, but it seems like there’s an issue with the personnel there. Seems like they’re totally bored and this is the last place they wanna be. Seems like maybe the management needs to give them a little customer relations training. Other restaurants like Rubio’s right next-door makes you really feel like you’re welcome there and that they’re happy to be serving you.

First time here. The place is clean, the staff is professional and the salads are delicious.
They have hop pretzels too.

The Chop Stop is a great alternative for lunch. Their salads are made fresh to order. You can order one straight from their menu or custom make one to your preference. I have tried almost all the salads from the menu and every one was really good. What's nice is they also have soup, which was exactly what I wanted with the recent cold rainy days.

LOVE that I found this place! A huge, fresh salad made just the way I like it, with so many options. It was so filling but so light & refreshing. I will definitely be coming back!

Best salad location ! Love all of it ! Marvin helped me and explained how it worked ! He was super nice and welcoming ! Then made my salad and honestly it was really delicious ! The staff was all friendly ! But marvin really made this fun! Thank you for all the help and being part of the fountain valley community
