I walked in simply to price engagement rings and ended up purchasing a 1.14 ct solitaire engagement ring that was perfect within my budget. Big Joe helped me out with the diamond selection and got me all set up for it to be mounted onto a ring. I bought it on Valentine’s Day and 3 days later it was ready earlier than promised. I proposed a few days later and she said “Yes!” I highly recommend them for any jewelry. I will be returning to get a necklace and matching earrings for her wedding gift. Thank you so much.

Great service! My girlfriend and I aren't familiar to much with diamond rings. But salesman Moein and Harry (and Mike sitting in the background, aka the master of suggestive sales lol inside joke) clearly explained everything about diamonds to us. We ended up with the best quality diamond at the lowest price. We're walking away with a VS2 colorless diamond. 😃

The customer service I received from Marco and Cameron was top tier. This was my first time purchasing from the Jewelry Exchange online. I was hesitant at first, I placed my order and my earrings came quickly. I wasn't happy with my items so, I started the exchange process with Marco through text messages and phone calls. Then I got a message from Cameron explaining how they were searching their inventory for particular carat weight, clarity and my budget. I received multiple videos of earrings to choose from until I made my final decision. Once the exchange happened, I received my items a few days later. I'm pleased with the incredible service I received and look forward to making my next purchase.

I had Marie help me with a locket in Feb. she was so helpful and knowledgeable about the locket that I decided to come back to her to help me get a wedding ring to complement the engagement ring. Found the perfect one. And she is always kind and funny. Highly recommend.

Lillian was AMAZING! We shopped at the Redwood City store for a Diamond to set in my wife’s wedding band and Lillian found us the perfect one! The ring was my Grandmother’s passed down from my Grandfather and they were able to create a beautiful setting and add the new gem to the ring. I needed to change the setting of my engagement ring. Analou was so sweet, patient, and helpful during this process. All my questions were answered and my new ring is beautiful. I bought my wife a new Wedding ring for her retirement. The ring is just what she wanted and was very happy with it! Approximately 2 years later one of the small diamonds was lost. My wife and I returned the ring to the Jewlery Exchange in Greenwood Village, Colorado where we met Richard. Richard was very friendly and helpful in sending the ring to the main store in California for repair. When the ring came back, to our supprise we were told the ring could not be repaired! We were shocked, as the ring was beyond the warranty! Richard made a few phone calls to the main store, and worked his magic to get me a total refund!
Richard is very knowledgable and took time to educate my wife and I about different types of diamonds.
With Richards help my wife selected a new ring that she loves much more than the first one. This ring really sparkles!

This was so refreshing compared to other jewelry stores who try to upsell you and push hard on selling additional protection plans that shouldn't be needed if the quality is there to begin with. Purchased 2 ctw diamond studs. I know a ton about diamonds and gens and am very happy with the color of the "best" diamond studs. I've wanted 1 carat per ear since I was 13 and got my ears piecered. Finally, pushing 60, I have them and m wearing them daily. I purchased from the Earth, as I'm very sensitive to energy and wanted the Earth's protection. Incredible value for the money. If you're picky about the 4C's and want better colors etc, you can get that here as well. Love them.
