I would just like to take the time to thank Trish and the whole team at On Call Event rentals. I recently hosted a 50th birthday party for my husband at our home and thanks to On Call it was a totally success. They make it extremely easy to communicate and pick up and delivery way a breeze. Every aspect was handled with care. Would recommend.

What a great company, we are in Dallas and needed someone local to help with a tent, seating and Audiovisual. On Call was easy to work with, most if not all was done online and they were available at any time for questions. Their build crew was awesome and really helped with our set up. Would defiantly use them again when in So Cal‼

The delivery and pick up process was very easy and convenient. I greatly appreciated the text communication. When your already busy coordinating the details of a party it’s nice to have one less thing to worry about. This was my 2nd time using On Call and my 1st time with delivery service, but I will definitely be using On Call again soon. The whole team is so friendly, helpful and easy to work with.

On Call events met all my expectations. They were the best priced for what I was looking for. Were very accommodating and delivered and picked up just as they stated. They used text communication which I appreciated. Billing and charging error free. Thank you On Call... the white dance floor elevated my guests experience for the evening.

I got multiple quotes for my husbands 30th birthday party where I needed chairs and tables. This company was by far the most responsive and organized. While they were a little bit more expensive than a couple other companies, (by a very minimal amount) their professionalism made me decide to go with them. I was not disappointed! They did a fantastic job delivering the items on time and picking them up on time. Would highly recommend.

On Call Event Rentals has always delivered exceptional service and our recent event rental was no exception. I received a text as to there arrival (at exactly the time promised) and the tables, chairs and umbrellas were in excellent condition and they were set-up exactly as mapped. I received another text when they were on their way to pickup everything up and I appreciated always being informed. Wonderful experience!!! I made all my arrangements by phone a week before my event. They arranged to have tables, chairs and tablecloths delivered to my house - which was a relief to not have to worry about. They also kept in contact regard the drop off and pickup times before coming to the house. Everything looked beautiful! I would definitely highly recommend on-call rental events!

Trisha at On Call was very friendly, super easy to work with. All requests were handled professionally and efficiently. Delivery was prompt, set up and pick up was quick and just as we ordered. Everyone was organized and easy to work with! We will be using them again soon!👍👍👍

Using On Call Rentals was a great experience. They had good communication with me every step of the way, texting and calling to confirm all of the details regarding my delivery. When I called with a question about my beverage dispensers, they were very gracious and helpful. I highly recommend them!

Everything was great! The communication was perfect. One thing I noticed was the quality of the products. The quality was excellent. Linens were crisp and clean and felt so high quality. The chairs were clean and in great condition! The tables were great. We rented dishes and silverware and the dishes were beautiful and were as good as new! The silverware was sparkling clean! Thank you so much for adding to our party. I will use this rental company again!

This is the second time that we have used On Call. Their customer service is excellent, especially Jessica, who really goes above and beyond to ensure that your event looks perfect. The delivery crews are timely, considerate, and hard-working. Everybody on staff really wants to help your event run seamlessly!

We have used ON CALL EVENT RENTALS 2 times and have been very pleased with the service and the promptness of delivery and pick-up. They have been very helpful with our homeowner sponsoring our party by setting up the tables (for a very small fee) and making the delivery very easy for the homeowner. We will definitely use their services again, and we have found their prices very competitive and in most cases the most reasonable.

I used OnCall for my wedding and they did not disappoint. The tables and chairs were in great shape and the linens were exactly as pictured. My items arrived exactly when they said they would and the delivery gentleman maintained good contact right up to the delivery and pick up..

I had backyard wedding and hired On Call Event Rentals to get me tables and chairs as well as bread baskets and ice tubes... I did appreciate, that delivery was on day before event ( Friday) and pick up on Monday, so it gave us time to set up and make sure everything was where it belongs.
I had service with delivery and set up, I receive the information day before about time window the team will arrive, but then almost 2 hours before schedule I receive info that team is on the way! Pick up was also before scheduled times, but short of that everything was great, tables and chairs were good quality and set up was quick and easy.
I am not planning on another big event but if I was to give recommendation to someone else- take On Call Event Rentals- good price and service, just make sure to be there before they arrive ;-)

On Call Events was so easy to work with. They were great to communicate with and had excellent follow up. Their pricing was also very competitive. I would recommend them and use them again in the future.

Never used your company before...but SO GLAD I found you guys. Very reasonable pricing...and the person I dealt with (Jessica) was professional, courteous, & quick to reply to my questions. When I arrived to pickup my order the guy that loaded my order worked quickly to get us on our way! Will definitely use your company again for any future needs and would happily refer to any friends/family.

Very efficient reservation process. I simply e-signature the rental contract. Excellent follow up. I received a text the day before drop off to let me know when they were coming. Same with pick up. Fair prices and excellent service. I've use OnCall every year at Christmas and two years ago for my son's wedding. Awesome people, too.

On call event rentals were the absolute best! I got quotes and talked to a few different rental companies but On Call took the time to walk me through the process and help me decide on what we wanted and needed. The delivery was so easy and smooth and the guys were awesome! Highly recommend, would not go anywhere else!!

Jaime went above and beyond to ensure everything was ready for our party! The texts letting us know the drivers were on their way with our order, and then again when they picked up the equipment were appreciated. The tables, tablecloths, and everything else were in excellent condition. We will definitely use On Call in the future!

On Call Evant Rentals were extremely helpful, efficient, and reliable. Their website is easy to maneuver and the staff friendly and knowledgeable.
What I loved is that I received a text informing me of the exact time of the delivery, and later about the pick up. I needed help in dismantling the umbrellas and tables, and I received an incredibly low quote within five minutes of my inquiry! Thank you On Call Event Rentals for making my event successful!
