Carolina was amazing took my mother in laws order perfectly and guided her throughout the entire menu. She is definitely an amazing employee and deserves a raise! Her kindness shall never go unnoticed

They have pretty good food here...I don't usually eat chicken as fast food at all but we were looking for a restroom on our way home from the beach and the AmPm one was under maintenance so we found this place and decided to eat here and I was pleasantly surprised! The birria tacos were good and crunchy and the cheese melted just right over the chicken that was nice and tender! Good service as well

I ordered the cathering burrito, tacos and coleslaw. That was so damn good! The burrito was so juicy and meaty. And the coleslaw it was so creamy. I will come back again.

This was a very busy store when I went to get dinner. The drive thru was long so I parked and went in. Also a line. The food was what you want from El Pollo Loco. Service was fine.

Absolutely the Best !! Everytime I go here I am greeted with the warmth of a traditionally welcoming family atmosphere . Kindness and. A+service . Both in restaurant and take out . I live this place and the prices are fair and the food . Oh the food is so good. Just like home cooking better than . Shhh don't tell mom I said that .

After my last visit and review here, I was invited back fir a free meal. The service was prompt, friendly and the food was hot and plentiful.
The restaurant was full of happy people and the place was clean..

Nobody should forget that this restaurant is a healthier alternative to fast food and their chicken is cooked so well and delicious.

So far so good. The service is always fast, the food is good, and they haven't once made a mistake on my order. My favorite part, they never hit me with an upsell. The moment they do, this review goes down to 4 stars.

I love this El Pollo location. Great Service. The only precaution, is this location is located in a high traffic area. Their line can be a bit dicey with cars waiting from the street amd in the parking lot

Yestuday evening I decided to pick up dinner from El Pollo Loco, of course everyone is picking up dinner at this time, and I pull up to place an order where I was very impressed by the service. The young gentlman who took my order was very pleasant and happy to help with any questions I had. I pull up to to pick up window and the same excellent service was expressed. I was already being helped and another team member was there to service me, which is always a plus. In the midst of their hectic dinner rush, my order was promplty delivered and the food was delicious. I would definetly advise to go to this El Pollo Loco.

Typical El Pollo location. Good food, decent price. Clean with a friendly staff. The manager is cool as hell. I enjoy talking to him

Healthiest fast-food option and this location was efficient, courteous and facilities clean. Appreciated that they had a handicapped staff member cleaning floor who looked quite happy!
