Thank you to Rich (who invited me) and Steve (our presenter)! The presentation was well organized, informative, and engaging. The levels, skill sets, and traits of leadership was enlightening and helpful. I appreciated the opportunity to better understand my own skillsets and ways to effectively communicate with those who don't share these same skillsets.

Worth every bit of investment! I honestly had some high expectations and they blew way past them. Highly recommend any trainings from this group of Dale Carnegie professionals! Thank you to Steve, our primary instructor, too. He is one of those people you love instantly and will never forget.

Mandi Morgan gave our organization a great presentation on the Dale Carnegie Leadership trainings. Her talk was on Cultivating Empathy and Vision for CEO Excellence and many of us walked away with skills that we started using in real-life instances with our business and personal situations. Mandi's enthusiasm is contagious. As a small non-profit, we were looking to host a soft skill seminar for the benefits of our members. Mandi worked with us to identify a topic and setting that would be most cost-effective, and certainly delivered on the seminar. Our members loved it.

I had the privilege of seeing Mandi Morgan engage High School girls at an event last year. I was amazing at how proficient she was & how eager the girls were to participate. I immediately asked her to assist with an in person event earlier this year. As you know Covid detailed that plan & we had to switch to a virtual platform. Great experience. Great value added service. I attended one of Steve VerBurg's free interactive workshops on Communication this year. It was professionally presented, well-planned, and enjoyable. Afterwards I advised my employers to utilize the services of this most helpful organization.

I attended a remote employee engagement webinar, and it was great. Professionally organized, engaging, and useful. I learned at least four things that will extend my current practices into better ones.

Took the Sales Essentials seminar and the instructor Sam was on point. The training was relevant, interactive and he shared real life examples from his life in business. I've been to 3 different seminars/workshops and each was very effective with immediate application not just "book" training.

My previous company hired Dale Carnegie to give us some workshops related to communication and sales. I believe there was tremendous value in these workshops and I will carry these lessons with me forward to be used throughout my career.
