The Little Mermaid ~ Ariel's Undersea Adventure

Such an adorable ride for anyone even though it is Little Mermaid theme. But all the little girls and all the adults Who Loved Little Mermaid are going to be in heaven. This is such a beautiful lady made ride. So much detail goes into all of the characters and the songs and the backdrop here. The line for the ride does get very long but the best part is that a lot of it is in the shade. If you have a genie plus pass then definitely use it here because you can shave off so much time.

Must visit for every Little Mermaid fan.
The ride is great for little kids they'll really enjoy it and have a great time.

Catchy song, good animatronics, and best of all, not much of a wait! Actually the best thing about this ride is that when it's blazing hot outside on the hot pavement you can go indoors into this relatively cool building and sit down for 5 minutes. My young kids loved this ride but the old kids weren't really that into it.

The Little Mermaid is a condensed 3 minute ride of the entire picture. One of the reasons for its popularity is that the queue lines are under shelter and you are in a/c part of the way. It helps to get out of the heat now and then.

The line does move fairly quickly as the moving clamshells are on a belt that do not stop. A cast member will direct you as to which one to take. You can take pictures but because of the movement they can get to be blurry.

You follow Ariel though highlighted scenes as depicted in her songs. Watching "Under the sea" was my favorite part where you can immerse yourself in the journey of better life under the water. Ursula appears with her "poor unfortunate soul" and transforms Ariel into a human in exchange for her voice.

Ariel meets Prince Erik and the show rapidly races to its conclusion-destruction of Flotsom and Jetsom as well as Ursula and then King Triton giving his beloved princess away in marriage. It's a sweetheart of a ride and a popular attraction.

Another fun character movie ride. It’s one of the newer ones and I love that it is similar to Peter Pans adventure where you actually feel like you submerge under water. The good thing about this ride too is that the line typically isn’t that long.

In classic Disney fashion, you are swept away on a magical journey through a timeless Disney masterpiece. The Little Mermaid. You are transported underwater to the magical world of Ariel's begining. Taking you through the transformation where you are greated by Ursala and her 2 evils poopsies... Meeting and falling in love with Eric and even to the wedding and happy ending. Lots of music and animatronics to tantilize the senses.

We must have rode this one five times and walked on each time it was a rainy day and the crowds were small but the children love this one so much it never seem to get old. This ride might actually be better in Disneyland but the family definitely didn't care brings back the magic of the movie with all the wonderful music and great animation. The ride tells the story of the movie summarized and highlights the music. It's fun to spot the little characters like Sebastian and his friend the fish which I can't remember his name. The animatronics are like the classic Disney rides even though this is a lot newer in comparison to those rides like pirates of the Caribbean and the haunted house. But this one will make you feel as if you're in one of those as well the Alice in wonderland, Peter pan, and mr. Toad's wild Ride.

We love this ride at Disney World and loved it here too! The line is long but moves steadily so it doesnt feel long. The building its in is beautiful and well decorated!

One of my favorite rides. It's a nice and relaxing ride similar to The Haunted House ride at Disneyland Park.

Kids loved this ride, went on it several times. Line went quick for now long it appeared and area is covered (it was raining one of the days we were here).

Super chill character ride. I wouldn’t wait an extensive amount of time for it, but if the line is short I always jump on. I love that they have all the songs in there and it’s fun to just hang out.

I only go on this when there is a very short wait time, if nothing else, to get some excellent air conditioning and to sit down for a moment. I feel like DCA historically felt like a hot wasteland with less trees than Disneyland and places to get refuge.
I always laugh when the main conflict or plot resolution is just a brief glimpse of Ursula in the background looking angry and outraged over the climactic kiss. I almost wonder if the story is about a bizarre love triangle.

I love this ride! I remember going in this ride again and again when I was a kid! The charecters look so really and it goes along the story line from start to finish. The wait is literally 0 minutes since the ride just keeps on moving and you just hop on a seashell. This is such a fun ride!!

Love this ride! The music is fantastic, lighting and effects are breathtaking, Scuttle is hilarious, and there are so many elements from the original film. Wait times are mellow compared to other rides in the park and it’s truly a spectacular choice for everyone in the family.

7E2B22: One of our favorite ride to take with our little granddaughter. It is nice and calming especially when it goes down to simulate going under water with water waves on the surface and soothing breeze. It used to be the favorite with our old granddaughter. She seems to have outgrown this now and does not like to ride The Little Mermaid. Now she rides the big girl's rides by herself and/or with her mom or auntie.

This ride is always well air conditioned and has little to no line. If your feet are killing you, take a quick break on this ride. You can also bring children of any age on this ride because there's no height limit!

When it started raining my wife rode this with my daughter 18 times in a row. 18! And I'm still giving it 5 starts because she would have gladly ridden it 18 more times. Great work Disney. You've made some real magic here. My family loves you. We are loyal.

Always a great ride to cool off on never much of a line but a great ride.

A happier version of Ariel's journey to living happily ever after with her prince charming. The story quickly follows their meeting, a quick Under the Sea journey, before meeting the Sea Witch and a lovely boat ride along the blue lagoon.
