Calvary Community Church

Calvary is a wonderful church. You will find strong fellowship, a dedicated music team that leads everyone in worship through song, a wonderful new pastor who brings the Word of God to life and who loves and values the community he serves, and last but not least a safe and interactive Sunday School program for kids that I couldn’t be happier with. A church that is like home!

A small, friendly church, with other churches also renting the facilities. Handicapped accessible, bathrooms available. Calvary itself is a Church of the Lutheran Brethren, sticking to mainstream Lutheran doctrine, except they happen to like songs that were written more recently (good music, solid worship leader). Family focused, friendly, welcoming crowd.

I have attended this church for 33 years, and seen various pastors come and go. The current pastor is quite solid. Intelligent, articulate, friendly, and engaging.

Went for aa feed for homeless. They offer hot meal . clothes etc. People are great and they offer showers and food to go.

A great congregation , AA meeting at 6 pm on Saturday
