As residents we love it. We looked at 15 other parks in Orange County and this is the best by far. Beautiful landscaping. Family owned. Extremely well maintained park. Very near historic Old Tustin. Friendly neighbors.

5 Star Senior 55+ mobile home Park situated in a beautiful old orange grove with lots of old world charm near Olde Town Tustin.. The place has a lovely community feel to it...very friendly. As a realtor, my clients are preparing to sell so I was on a professional call.

I actually live here it is a gated community for senior citizens. Management and staff are extremely friendly and helpful.
