Best rental prices. I needed a vehicle coz I been in an accident and I rented a car from them. They picked me up and also gave very resandble price. The office manager his name is Ramy, also helped me out to buy a vehicle .I didn’t know that they also sell cars. That was very convenient for me.

I rented a car 2 days ago and it was a great experience. The guy that works there is super friendly and they gave me a good deal on the car. The car was clean and their customer service is great. plus they accept CASH deposits. I def. recommended for anyone looking for a good customer service and a good car to rent

Cheap but car was totally unacceptable. The alignment was way off and the front bumper was hanging off, not to mention the stains all over the back seat were disgusting. Called to ask for a different car the day I rented and was told they would call when they had one available and for the remainder of my two week rental never received a call to exchange cars. Went in to try to exchange and was only referred over to a repair shop.

I tried to rent from them twice.. both times I gave up.
The orange location had a nice man answering the phone and was very helpful.. When I called back a woman answered and gave me such a hard time that I never followed through.
Two weeks later I tried calling the Anaheim location and a woman named Theresa told me she had a compact car available and the website says 29.95. I asked her how much and she said 34.95.
When I brought it to her attention she said they had no compact cars. Then said they did..I figure if she is going to lie she needs to get better at it. Then to top it off she used caller ID to call me back and try yo argue with me and start a problem... I can`t believe it!!

today I was amused by the friendly staff that must have been on their break.
