Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Orange County

The Mr. Rooter plumbers did a fantastic job replacing the toilet flange and wax seal for me today.
They were very courteous, did an expert job and cleaned up after the job by washing the entire bathroom floor. On top of that they gave me a fair price. I have used Mr. Rooter several times and have always been more than satisfied.

Kitchen sink clogged last couple of days.
Called Mr. Rooter this morning.
Scheduled for 5pm. Pro Ismael came promptly around 4:30. Ismael (very approachable and profession).

I show Ismael a coupon for $89. Google search result came back as top search. Coupon was accepted!

Job all done within one hour.

All and all, very efficiently ran and kept me in the loop through out the entire process.

I found Mr. Rooter Plumbing through a Google search and called them asking for a hydro-jetting quote. A person arrived on my doorstep about less than 45 minutes later. John and Rudy were extremely patient in dealing with my parents to come to an agreement on price. They went above and beyond on removing the clog from the sewer drain, and finally got the pipe clear after much work. Afterwards, they located the problem areas and showed us where the likely culprit of the clog was (above ground and through the pipe camera). The friendliness and personableness of Rudy and John especially made a stressful situation very easy.

The lead on our project was Felix Marin who was patient and creative with a solution to fit our price point. The team he had with him, Jose, Manuel and Rodrigo were really efficient and respectful. John Rocco came to inspect the work a day after completion which was efficient and effective.

Ismael and Pedro were great. They came on time, were very professional, and solved the problem immediately. Both were very pleasant. I highly recommended them and their company (Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Orange County)! Thanks guys!

Our whole toilet tank valve and emergency shutoff needed to be replaced immediately to avoid a mess. James worked diligently with us on pricing over a few phone calls. On site, Ismael explained exactly what needed to be done and how and why. We have avoided a bigger issue in the future because of the knowledge Ismael provided. If we ever need plumbing services again, we will be calling Mr. Rooter Plumbing and hoping to be helped by James and Ismael.

I had a leak under my house & was unable to get into the crawl space to investigate it. Our technician (Rudy Zamora) and his assistant were prompt, courteous and informative while performing their inspection and providing a recommendation for corrective measures. The were covered in mud and dirt from performing their work and remained cheerful and even joked about their appearance..."it all comes with the job".
I'll definitely recommend Mr. Rooter Plumbing to friends and family for any plumbing needs. 👍🏼

Update - unrelated to the incident above, we encountered water loss at our home. I contacted Mr. Rooter and the technician Ismael Kabigting and his associate Jose arrived on time quickly diagnosed and corrected problem. Their Manager (Shane) stopped in and ensured the job was being addressed. At the end of the afternoon, our plumbing problem was resolved and we're quite happy with the outcome. Thanks Mr. Rooter (Ismael, Joe and Shane). 👍🏼

I had a back-up washing line. Ismael from Mr. Rooter was excellent. He gave me quotes for different options and provided his recommendation. He waited for me to run another load of laundry to ensure that the line was cleared.

I had water back flow issue for my washer drain pipe. Mr. Rooters did a great job to show up on time and get the work done quickly. I like their quick response. Everything got cleaned up before they left.

He explained exactly what had happened and what they would do to remedy the problem. David and partner did good job of fixing the toilet and also checked the other bathrooms to make sure no problems elsewhere. Would call them again.
