Had an in & out procedure and the nurses and staff were so kind and helpful... when they bring you back they check your info with you just to make sure you are aware of what kind of procedure you are having. They ask you if you have any questions and they are very helping and caring... no one likes having procedures done, but when you get kind, empathy nurse that makes it a little easier. Thank u to the nurses 💓 💖

Updating my previous one star review to 5 stars. My two most recent epidural procedures have been excellent. Dr. Sighn and the others staff members have been awesome and provided quality care. Very satisfied.

The wait time and check took a while, the check-in nurse gave me hard time about transportation (the bad part). However the anesthesiologist, my gastro doctor Han and her nurse were so amazing. I felt very anxious and shaky, yet they were able to calm me down. Very polite and good listeners. I feel so blessed to have my procedures there , also very clean and sterile environment. Will recommend and return. Thank you for helping me.

I had my procedure done on June 13,2022 I was nervous at first but the staff were absolutely amazing in calming me down. After they prepped me and started my IV I didn't even feel the IV going in .Dr Singh was the best she answered all my questions and wasn't in a hurry to get me in and out. I would suggest Optum surgery center and there stuff I give it a 10

Great experience. I had an open hernia repair in November. Great surgeon anesthesiologist, and nurses. I liked it better than going to the hospital. I was wary at first. I received great care and the facilities were great.

I think TSA is the best place to have a surgery. The nurses are great. Very nice and friendly.

Friend had outpatient surgery. Very professional, and friendly.

Doctors, nurses , everyone were wonderful but the wait is very long. That’s why I gave it a 3- star. Went in for a simple procedure; Had to skip meals for the procedure; waited over two hours in the waiting area for an empty bed, over an hour in bed waiting to be called for the procedure. Doctor had two other patients in front of me. My stomach was hurting very bad.
If there are not enough facilities, they should not accept so many patients. Or at least tell patients to come in later. Other patients in the waiting area were complaining as well. One said she’s been waiting for 3/5 hours. Heard a gentleman on another bed complaining about the wait time. Please, take patients‘ opinion and time into consideration. Thank you

I like this place because it was clean and the lady that helped me was very helpful and nice she stayed after surgery making sure I was okay to leave so everything was fine but last person that walked me out to my car was rushing me and looked desperate to let me out but was not bad also they don't give you the calf massager so you are on your own I had to buy one myself so I won't get blood clot and if you get surgery there just make sure you buy one of those on Amazon prior surgery is very important.

This MULTI BILLION dollar company doesn't validate your parking even if you're literally a patient there. Only the first 15 minutes are free and after you're charged $5 an hour maxed out at 15.

The doctors also overbook patients and have them come in HOURS before they're actually due to be seen. I went to see Dr Haq and was told to come in 2.5 HOURS EARLY, just because the DOCTOR didn't want to wait in case I was late.

There were 9 other patients there who they had come in early HOURS ahead. I've been told that DOCTOR PHUNG does this too.

Really bad with letting the patients know that THEY canceled an appointment and lies about the reason why they canceled. Really pay attention to what staffs and drs say cause they think they can push people over and we won’t pay attention. Good luck anyone who has to deal with this place.
Looking into who I can complain about this problem because they are not doing their job and waste patience time.
