We were very pleased with the service provided by Steve from DC Drains.

My rear yard was flooding from this mornings heavy downpour. I called DC Drains and they sent out a technician within a few hours of my call. The technician, Steve Oblad used a heavy duty snake to unclog my landscape drains. The water in my rear yard immediately flowed out into the street after the mud and roots were pulled out from the drain pipe. Thank you Steve for a job well done.

Steven, and DC Drains & Plumbing were exceptional. I called them in the afternoon and they set an appointment the same day for 5:00pm. Steven showed up at about 4:30 and took care of our plumbing issues.
Steven was not only professional but very personable and knowledgeable about our plumbing needs.

DC Drains & Plumbing solved my clogged drain right away. Niko was very professional and not only did he fix our sink but checked on all of our water appliances to make sure they were working properly. I had some trouble with my toilet and called D.C. drains and was quickly reminded why I rely on them for all my plumbing needs. Scheduling was easy and met my needs, Sean was prompt (exactly on time as expected). He diagnosed the problem and gave me the estimate, procured the required parts and finished the job. Best part, there were no surprises. The final cost was the same as the original estimate. Sean was polite, kind and very personable.

Nothing but 5 stars for DC Drains! Our HOA needed a backflow assembly test and we needed to schedule on a tightened schedule. Angela was amazing scheduling the appointment and fitting us into their packed schedule. She went above and beyond. Ron who did the testing was amazing as well - so professional and courteous. Can't recommend this company enough!

I had an outstanding experience with Steven, a plumber with DC Drains this morning. He was on time, explained what he needed to do to fix my plumbing problem, gave me an estimate and promptly took care of the problem. He took care to do a good job, cleaned up the area he worked in and was very pleasant to have work in my home.. I will use DC Drains for any future plumbing problems.

Called them out for a stopped up drain. Sean was on time, very knowledgeable and quickly fixed the problem. He covered and protected all the cabinets and left the work are clean and and neat. Would definitely use this company again.

I work for one of the sister companies but do not live in a sister company area so I had to call DC Drains. They were actually very professional they were on time. They were very thorough with their job and they cleaned up after themselves. I would definitely call DC Drains again if anything ever happened. 911 DC to rescue.

Service rep Trevor Jones showed up timely this AM for an estimate inspection and analysis. We have a blocked area drain line under our pool deck. He was professional, competent, efficient and patient. Highly recommend DC Drains and Trevor.

I called DC Drains on a Friday and they were able to come to my house next day first thing in the morning. Their rep, Dennis Medina, was very professional and clearly stated my options and costs for each option. He was not pushy at all and even gave me some good advice for small things I can do to prevent/help the issue from reoccurring. I gave 5 stars because I believe that when paying for a service, honesty is the one thing a customer is expecting along with great service. I would recommend this company to others.

I had an emergency and DC Drains sent out Sean to help me out. He was very efficient and did a great job and his customer service was excellent! I highly recommend both DC drains and Sean.

I had a leak in the expansion tank. Within an hour, Eli came to the rescue. He replaced the expansion tank and fixed the exhaust to the hot water tank that was completely wrong and wasn’t up to code. The original exhaust was slowly leaking carbon monoxide into the garage. I had no idea. Upon removing the original exhaust, it showed that it was already damaged by the heat, aside from the gap that was leaking carbon monoxide. Eli was knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service.

Sean , DC drains, did a great job replacing our water heater in a difficult location. He did a thorough detailed installation. Sean deserves a 5+ star rating.

DC drains at every step were professional and prompt. I was able to schedule a same day service for repair and Steven was professional, respectful and efficient. I will definitely utilize DC Drains again.

I called DC Drains and plumbing to remove a kitchen faucet where the holding nut was rusted and calcified. I could not get it out on my own. Robert came an hour after I called and was friendly and professional. He was able to remove the old faucet quickly. I’m really glad I called because it saved me so much stress. The estimate was very reasonable and I’m glad I went with DC Drains and Plumbing.

Robert was able to diagnose the problem and provide a thorough explanation of the scope of work. He was able to quickly repair and was very courteous. I would go with DC again based on Robert’s and Maria’s customer service!
