OC Fast-Twitch

We love Fast Twitch! My daughter’s vert increased 4 inches in one year! The trainers know her goals and customize her workouts so she reaches them. Plus, she has so much fun working out at Fast Twitch and always looks forward to getting her workouts in. I Highly Recommend!

OC Fast-Twitch is phenomenal in their detailed attention and care for our student athlete. Josh, Wes, and their outstanding Fast Twitch staff have increased strength, added speed, and created an environment to achieve excellence. We wish we came here sooner and hope to share this same experience with anyone looking to go beyond their limits and expectations. The staff and facilities at Fast-Twitch are top tier. My son who plays baseball gained speed, strength and agility, but more importantly confidence. He also learned to love working hard for something and will carry that with him throughout his life. Thank you Fast-Twitch! Highly recommend for any young athlete trying to find their way.

Amazing people, amazing place, you won't find a gym experience nearly as close as the one at Fast Twitch! Just 2 days from my first session there and I had already bonded with the trainers because of how uplifting and nice they are, not to mention the personalized workouts they give just for you and your targets!

My 14 year old son, Robert Linker has benefitted greatly from working out at OC Fast-Twitch and getting training from the OC Fast-Twitch staff. Upon working out regularly at OC Fast-Twitch, he has become stronger, more confident, more disciplined and more motivated not only as a volleyball player but as a whole athlete. These are all amazing qualities for young people competing in sports, but even more so for this generation of teenage boys. One of our most important jobs in society is to raise young men that are secure and goal oriented so they can can serve others at their schools and in their communities.
OC Fast-Twitch helps facilitate a sense of self for young men by building their characters as well as their muscles, and in this way, they partner with athletes and their families to build a better and stronger society. Some of the external rewards gained are: Robert is the captain of his prestigious volleyball team, he was the only freshman to make it on to his high school D1 boys volleyball program, etc. Thanks OC Fast-Twitch!

My son started 3 months ago in the hopes of improving his basketball performance and gaining some muscle. I can already see a big improvement in his body composition in such a short time. His arms have gotten really defined and he’s definitely put on some muscle weight. He really enjoys going also. The biggest thing I’ve noticed is that he’s excited to go and he now talks about gym equipment and certain exercises. I know that he’s developed a love of working out that will stay with him for a lifetime. On top of that I can see a confidence on and off the court that he didn’t have before. It’s as if he knows he’s capable of pushing his body harder and it comes across in his sport and how he approaches his practice time.

Was looking for a place to strength and condition for track and field after competing D1 in college. I can say with full confidence the trainers here know their stuff. They’re very personable and knowledgeable to make custom plans depending on your sport. Accommodations and changes are made constantly even for injury. On-site PT and recovery tools are a great bonus. They’re constantly pushing me to be better and I’m glad I have their support!

Fast Twitch is amazing! My daughter is a competitive gymnast and they helped supplement her workout and enhance her technical skills through strategic conditioning and training. We have had a great experience with Fast Twitch and cannot recommend it enough!

This place is the best!!! Jordan and Eugene are my literal besties, they always correct my form, make me feel comfortable, and get me motivated to get better. They truly make this a great experience and fast twitch is the perfect place to get better.
