Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue!

An awesome journey through the original movie! If you like the cartoon style rides this is one not to miss!

This fun dark ride has an entertaining queue before boarding the Monstropolis taxi, which moves you through several rooms featuring highlighted scenes from the movie Monsters, Inc. Not scary. Highly recommend!

This ride has a long line in the hot sun in the afternoons. If you can, go in the evenings, when it's cooler outside and the line is much shorter! 😊

Definitely worth the wait! I loved seeing Boo and Sulley from monsters inc in the cute ride! I just wish they made a monsters inc 2 with boo grown up. 🥺

Fantastic. Get the lightning pass of you can. Or bring an umbrella to cover the sun while you wait.

The ride this replaced was some Hollywood limo ride. Absolutely horrible. Basically a walk through a wax museum. Since this is basically the same ride, it does better by having a franchise movie associated with it. And because it has recognition power, all the scenes and attention to detail really shine. I like going through the ride and seeing all the detail. Especially the sushi restaurant.

The ride is great for younger kids…. Pretty quick but good representation of the movie

A 3 day hopper is by far the best way to enjoy Disneyland and California Adventure! The happiest place ever!
This Monsters Inc. ride was really cute! Our family just enjoyed all the rides!! We are already planning a return trip and staying longer so we can actually have some time to relax and just gather as a family. Our recommendation would be to do 1 day at Disneyland, family day, California Adventure, family day, Disneyland, family day and then all the favorites or shows you missed at either park on this last day.
For a family of 13, an itinerary(kudos to my daughter in-law who did alot of "homework"to make a plan of action) and although we didn't follow it exactly, it was a huge help especially when it came to obtaining fast passes for the rides and shows. Having the Disney app and paying for a max pass is a plus when there's only a few of you. However, multiply that cost 13x for 3 days...so yes, the fast passes in this instance were more feasible. Here's our fabulous itinerary...maybe it'll inspire you to make one for yourselves! Enjoy the happiest place on earth!

Great ride for the kids. Line can get long but music from the movies play in the background. This is a definite must!

I love Monsters Inc. and this ride is a ride through the movie. All your favorite characters are there and you get to see them all the way to the same ending.

There are some cool effects including the door room and having Roz talk to you at the end is always fun.

It's hooded at the back of the lot so it is rarely busy. The ride is a good way to get out to the heat & sun in a hot day.

Love the movie so of course I'm going to love the ride🥰🥰

It may be simple but I love this ride. I love the theming of the queue and I love the animatronics! The room with all of the doors over your head really makes you feel like you walked into the movie screen.

This ride does an incredible job of capturing the lovable monsters of Monstropolis. What could be better than helping Mike and Sully save Boo? Fantastic ride.

The riding experience with this attraction is always desirable with short line times as well as a diverse level of entertainment displayed. The homage to details in the movie are accurately reflected while providing a fresh presentation of the film without prior watching.

This is a slow ride with statues of scenes from the movie. If you are a group of one or two you can ask for a buddy pass at the entrance and go through a shorter line.

Monsters, Inc. Mike & Sulley to the Rescue! was a ride that we visited later in the day. Although the line was probably longer than 20 minutes, we were still able to be in air conditioning. Besides all that, the ride was really relaxing, and I was able to film on it unlike most of the other rides we rode. I am definitely coming back when I revisit this park!
