Caffe Montage

My first time here at Caffe Montage. They have so many choices from coffee to smoothie. They also have basic coffee like any other places, but their other menu stand out more. I told Peter I wanted strong coffee, less sweet drink. He recommended Pale Rider which only mild of sweetness but more coffee.
It take a while for my drink but he take his time making it. This is how I want! Most coffee places they did really quick.

I really enjoyed my coffee. I feel like I'm drink cocktail in the morning 😉. Not too sweet but the taste of velvety of coffee. I would definitely coming back to try different kinds. Love the place as well.

This is the coolest cafe. The coffee and food is good and they also have a ton of film equipment (old and new) around. Comfy chairs, solid environment, and they play popular movie soundtracks. I'm sitting here doing my work and the Jurassic Park theme is playing. This is a great cafe.

Peter is the man. You know a good coffee shop when they get the basics right. Cold-brew, espresso, pour-over, drip coffee, and lattes...all incredible. And THEN he has tons of specialty drinks that rotate each month.

First time here. The name caught my eye and of course then I had to look at other reviews. The coffee is amazing and Peter was super flexible and patient while I was trying to figure out what I wanted. He even gave me options and explained them. Then the coffee...oh the coffee. Super delicious! If I'm around the area again (most likely will be) then I'm going to stop here more often.

I heard about this place from a friend, and I have to say that it has become my new favorite stop for morning coffee! Peter makes each drink and bowl with care, and makes an effort to remember everyone's name and preferences. I've ordered half a dozen drinks and they have all been amazing. The film decor and chill ambiance are just icing on the cake. Personal recommendations are the Pale Rider, a refreshing minty mocha served with a single large piece of ice (so it's just the right amount of cold without getting watery), the HP inspired Lavender Brown, a smooth, chocolaty latte with just a hint of lavender, and the Dragonstone, a fantastic strawberry dragonfruit smoothie that packs a flavor punch. Regardless of what you order, you won't be disappointed, so it comes highly recommended whether you need a quick caffeine fix or a place to relax and do some work.

I stumbled across this cafe on yelp and I’m so glad that I did. The more I come to Caffe Montage, the more I appreciate the quality and diversity of their drinks! They take pride in preparing their coffee based drinks darker. I usually get the Viet coffee and the Chungking espress (viet coffee + milk tea) to start up my morning with bold flavors. On hotter afternoons, I usually get their fruit smoothies, which offer a wide range of citrus and berry flavors that refresh and energize. I strongly recommend giving them a try!

The epitome of a barista-run cafe, where art and commerce meet on the same level you would find in fine dining, extending to the extensive amount of time and care put into a single beverage. The cinema theme goes beyond the decor and the menu, but to the very heart of the establishment.

The best service in Huntington Beach! The quality of items is amazing and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. Also it’s a great place to relax, work or have a meeting!

Just experienced their cold brew with a dash of heavy cream and wow. You can taste the quality of the beans. Will be back.
