AltaMed Medical Group – Orange

This is just my personal experience so don't make any hasty decisions.

I have had experiences with doctors who've made up their minds before attempting to understand what I tried to communicate so I have put off going to a doctor for a couple of years.

I had the pleasure of being seen by Jessica and Declan. I've never had so much understanding and clear communication with any practitioner.

She heard my concerns and asked clarifying questions about my concerns. She didn't even gaslight me into believing that I'm hysterical. She offered suggestions that could help me in the long run and listened to every concern with patience.

It took a while to get me in to see her from check in but I have waited up to 4 hours at a previous GP's office, so 1 hour 15 minutes wasn't so bad. They said it's unusual to be seen so late into the appointment and apologized for that sincerely. Personally I'm patient, just anxious about miscommunication.

Maybe it was a good day for everyone and I just got lucky, but I'm very very grateful for my appointment going so well. I hope to come back regularly.

I highly recommend her. I'll update my review as I visit.

By far the most friendliest medical staff I have ever experienced. Extremely helpful and willing to go above and beyond to help you with any concerns you may have . The entire office staff were knowledgeable and professional. Thank you for making my transition over to your facility an easy one . Dr. Zahed is also very kind and listened to my current medical concerns.

Looks like things have changed since the people in the Google review has commented on this clinic. My experience with this AltaMed clinic today was outstanding. Thank you guys for your help and support!

Excellent friendly patient services... prompt & knowledgeable help when possible.. I know dealing with insurance changes can be a hassle... I also like Patient Portal access to your health provider for information & easier access to your medically related resources.
