I am posting this because I saw a negative review that was clearly not true. I first tried Bella Vi through Groupon and was very pleased. This is a very clean spa with friendly staff and a relaxing environment. The cost is comparable to other spas in the area and well worth the service. The facials are wonderful and they use excellent products for the skin. My skin is very fair and extremely sensitive and I have never had a reaction
The massage is very good. Make sure you tell the therapist you want a light touch unless you like deep massage. My overall experience has been consistently satisfactory. I really resent disgruntled customers who try to ruin a good business' reputation.

I scheduled a massage after midterms week. I was so tensed up and had continuous head aches from the stress. David did an amazing job. All I told him was that I needed a medium level massage. Not too soft or too firm. He was very professional. Without having to mention about my stress he focused on my neck, head and shoulders. At the end of the session he asked if I was satisfied and said he could sense I was stress by the knots and tension on my shoulders and neck. I love his work. Absolutely returning to him. I highly recommend him. Bella Vi in general is a clean and welcoming facility.

My wife is extremely happy to have found an expert that can shape her eyebrows. She has told me how difficult to keep going to different experts and only to be disappointed and having to wait weeks for the eyebrows to regrow.

Just had my first facial, was an absolute treat!! I highly recommend. They also utilize Groupon.

I bought a Groupon for a spa day, with a massage and facial. The service was awesome and the spa was clean.

The lady who gave me and my mom a massage also didn’t have well manicured nails so her rough hangnails kinda scratched us during the massage. Also, my neck is in paid - I have a crick on the right side of my neck after the facial massage. );

Facial was decent and the extractions were done in a more meticulous manner than clearing spa. Price isn’t bad.

Hannah is wonderful.
She did really great job on my eyebrows, I couldn't wait to come back to try another services.

The place is quite, and has such a pleasant smell from the herbal or something. Definitely a place worth to check out
