They take care of my lovely creature. That's good enough for me.

7-year update:

The staff here have always been kind and helpful. They were even able to provide services during COVID-19 lockdowns.

I always appreciate interacting with the front desk and the vet staff.

Dr. Rana was great! During a sad time, he kindly and thoroughly walked us through all the possible conditions our Siberian Husky had. The news was bad, but grateful for his kindness and care.
The office staff was sensitive too.

We have been taking our dogs and cat to Dr. Rana for the last 5 years. Dr. Rana and his staff have always been amazing with us and our fur babies. I have had many vets in the past 12+ years, but he has been the best by far. He has always been honest and up front about each situation. I tend to ask a lot of questions, he has always been patient and answered all my questions without making me feel silly or wrong for asking the questions. The vet techs and receptionist are the best! I trust and appreciate all of them. We recently had to put our oldest dog down. If you have ever had to put a pet down you understand how difficult that is. It was unexpected and quick. They didn’t hesitate to to go above and beyond to make time and accommodate our needs and make us feel as comfortable as possible. They were all super gently and loving with our dog. If your looking for a professional vet and great team I would highly recommend Orange Hill Vet. They are fair with their prices and they don’t try to sell you on things that your pet really doesn’t need.

Dr. Rana is really wonderful, educated, thoughtful and caring. I was sending my dog to a different veterinarian before covid and I am so glad I made the switch. They don't refuse providing prescriptions for online ordering. The other vet made me buy medication from his office and I always left feeling ripped off. This place is the complete opposite! Dr. Rana provided me with great information to care for my dog and consider the options.

We had a good experience. First time visit here was a teeth cleaning with 10 teeth removed. The girls(i didn't meet doctor) were very nice and I couldn't tell they were all very passionate about animals and customer service. I used this place because all the other places I looked into I felt tried Nickel and diming me for a bunch of services I didn't need or want. My experience here was very easy and to the point.

Dr Rana is not only a truly reputable vet, but he does not recommend anything that is not necessary!! He is kind and gentle and takes a great deal of time with each patient.
He is also very understanding to each patients needs to both the dogs and the pet parents.
I've been doing volunteer dog rescue for almost 10 years and I highly recommend Dr Rana and his staff!! 🥰🐾

Staff were friend and accommodating. Dr. Rana was great . he took the time to explain everything also took time in checking my fur babies. I availed of the free wellness exam and even though it was free he still took care of my babies well.

I have four dogs and I went to different pet hospitals to compare and find a vet for my fur babies. I believe this was the best hospital for me and the best vet too!

First time going with my puppy. All staff was very friendly, and explained everything in detail from what shots my dogs need and importance of getting her spayed to pricing. Pricing is also very reasonable especially if you get their special puppy plans. I’m very pleased and happy to say they are my puppy’s vet.

I have 2 Cairn Terriers that I have taken here for care & grooming. Everyone is very nice to me and the dogs.They always take the time to explain whatever is going on to help you through whatever it to ease your mind which I appreciate so much since these lil guys are my four legged fur babies! 😁😉🤗

the best care and the best serice for my fur baby. Right now, they offer curbside service, so they come to you, collect your fur baby, and then contact you via phone to go over care with you. For my first time here, they were awesome, caring, and professional.

My two boys just had a dental cleaning done. They are very happy. Dr. Jahan Rana did an excellent job on their teeth. If my boys are happy, I am happy.

Dr. Jahan Rana, at Orange Hill Veterinary Clinic, is superb!!! He's very thorough and kept us informed of every little detail. Gave us options and worked with us the entire way. He cares for all the animals as if they were his own. Thank you Dr. Rana.

Grooming bathing my three pups is a handful--Jack Russell Terror, Cocker and a 70 lb beagle!? They always come home clean, happy and smelling great. They love to go to Orange Hill Vet!!

Dr.Barbara Burrows & her asst. John (St.John to us;-) & Xenia (front office angel) provided the best of care for my beloved service/assist 12-yr old German Shepherd, SOPHIE, who had become quite suddenly, severely & mysteriously ill----her 1st illness ever.

Dr.Burrows came highly recommended by our fellow animal-loving/activist friend who was confident from her own experience (& others) that Sophie (ppl too) would be in the best hands there. As much as we wanted to pull out all the stops for our dog, realistically we did not have resources for unfounded testing / false hope, nor did Sophie have the strength to withstand invasive exploratory procedures. Dr.Burrows respected this & never misled us.

From the very start, Dr.B put Sophie's well-being 1st, all the while remaining realistic & keeping us clearly informed at every step. She phoned almost daily for progress reports & to lend support---even on a Holiday when the clinic was closed! Also, her exceptional asst. JOHN extended his home/cell # to call anytime w/?'s or "just to talk." Really....who does that?!!

For the love of Sophie, after several wks of treatment & waiting, it became evident that it was time to relieve her suffering. John shed tears, too. To us, there is no doubt that They Care about their patients, about their work, & about how they affect those of us who place our trust in them (especially when we are most vulnerable).

Anyone who's lost a pet KNOWS how hard this is----yet even harder is the memory that their treatment was based on inferior standards & priorities. In the aftermath of this loss, we have so many wonderful memories of the 12 yrs spent w/ our beautiful, loyal & gentle soul, Sophie -- along w/the peace of knowing that, in the end, she was given every chance.

The words "Thank You" seem too small considering all that Dr.Burrows & staff provided:
Medical expertise,
Clear & honest communication,
Emotional support,
Compassion.

Better to "pay it forward" now by taking time to share this experience with others who are in search of an honorable veterinarian. Hope this info reaches whomever needs it.

Love this vet hospital. The facilities are clean and cozy, the staff is fantastic, and the doctor is great. They don't constantly try to upsell you on the most expensive food, they just take good care of your furbaby. So glad I found this vet!

Have been coming here for years with all our family pets!!! ALWAYS a great experience for our pets. They treat them like their own! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Dr. Samuel and his assistant David were the epitome of professionalism as well as compassionate about my dogs situation. They allowed me to view my dog under sedation to draw the same conclusion's they had already come to. I was shocked that they would allow me to see there was no abcess. Other Veterinarian's would have pulled the tooth that needed not to be removed or padded the account with non-existant other health issues. These people are kind and caring professionals that deserve an A plus 5 star rating. I intend to reccomend them to all my dog and cat loving friends. The front desk ladies were also kind to be bombarded with my phone calls and remaining polite and informative. This place ROCKS.
