Had an absolutely wonderful experience here. Every staff member from the receptionist to the techs whom I interacted with were positive and supportive. You can tell they really do enjoy what they do. The vet was super kind, listened to my concerns and was never condescending or impatient. I was able to get an appointment quickly and my appointment was fast (but not rushed). Nothing was obscenely overpriced either. I will be bringing Brooklyn back for all of her care here in the future- can’t recommend this office enough!

Vets and techs are all fantastic and very knowledgeable. One of my dogs was a health challenge for them, but they got him through because they never give up and always do what's best for our pets and the pet parent too.

Dr. Wayne is very knowledgeable, talented, and kind. The care given to Cosmo is always gentle and loving. One can tell pets are treated with loving concern. Estimates for cost are always given before any testing is done. We would never go elsewhere for Cosmo's care.

Duke was seen for an overdue dental cleaning. From setting up the appointment to getting him after the procedure was well managed and very considerate of his needs.
Dr. Wayne went over all that was done during the cleaning with great detail and also the after care for Duke. I highly recommend Brook-Ellis Pet Hospital. The doctors and staff are the best!

Was very happy with the treatment my son’s leopard gecko received here for her damaged right eye. The staff were the absolute friendliest staff I’ve ever encountered at a veterinary office. Dr. Wood and her staff were extremely knowledgeable on caring for leopard geckos which I was impressed with. Their prices were awesome and the treatment they prescribed was 100% effective. Charmander has made a full recovery thanks to Brook-Ellis!

My dog and I have had the best experience with Brook-Ellis! My dog is excited to go to the vet and is always greeted with smiles, warm welcomes, and quality care. As a pet parent, it is so great to have a team that cares and takes the time to answer all your questions in-person, email, or over the phone.

I have been seeing Dr. Wayne for 18 years with my bearded dragons. He is very knowledgeable, compassionate, and kind with the animals he treats. Additionally, he is always striving to expand his knowledge when he would run into a new situation. It's really difficult finding a good herp vet, and I wouldn't trust my animals with anyone else. I wish I could give more than a 5 star review for Dr. Wayne and the Brook-Ellis team. When times were tough and I had to make the decision to let my babies go, he treated them with respect and compassion. I've never had a single negative interaction here and can't say enough good things about the Brook-Ellis staff.

Dr. Wayne and Dr.Heidi are so compassionate, kind, caring and very knowledgeable. I have had some very difficult cases and decisions to make over the years and they both take the time and have the patience to let me know all of my options.
