John does great extensive work on my guitars. Always done in a timely fashion never have to wait long periods to get my guitar.

I've been buying from JRR shop since 2020 because they consistently have better deals/offers than many other similar online stores I frequent, and I've never had an issue with any of their products... however, today for the first time in ~15 orders I've placed with them, I did have an issue redeeming a code they sent me (for Antares SYBIL, which is one of their AVOX modules that is on sale right now). So I gave JRR shop a phone call and was answered right away, and by a real person (appreciate that! :D) and they said they would get that fixed for me right away. I will update when I hear back from them, but I'm confident giving them 5 stars right now considering my experience with them so far has been 10/10

I bought a synthesizer from a third-party site online from JRR, and it came exactly as described ,packed really well and for a fair price. will definitely give them my business again

The folks at JRR are awesome. I dropped by their warehouse to pick up a new synth. Unfortunately, there was a manufacture defect, but jrr were quick and very responsive. Gave me a new one without giving me any hassle. Also they have a pretty interesting catalog and the best prices for what i was looking for.

John did a great job and went the extra distance to dial in my Paul Reed Smith Custom guitar in fantastic time! Great guys!

Jerry and John are the best amp repair and guitar mod people ever. Jerry is a tube amp genius and I’m truly grateful for how he’s made my Pro Reverb sound. Then just yesterday I brought my vintage jaguar baritone custom in because I wanted to change it from a 6 string bass to a true baritone. I don’t know how else to say it: It’s perfect! Super friendly/accomodating. Got my first guitar set up here, came back a few months later for a loose pickup and they fixed it for free (I was too scared to take off the pick guard myself)

JJR Shop has been around for years. I originally found them through eBay. Since I live local to the company HQ I decided to give them my business and found them to have the best prices and excellent service.
