My first time winning more than 200 on a scratcher, I won 1000! Anyway my first time here, didn't know what to expect.
But the lady who helped me was kind and made the process go smoothly for me.
Thank you all whom work here.
Also thank you to the security guard at the front.

It's fast and quick every one was nice verey small office 15 minutes done check on hand maybe half hour depending on the day you go there not much space to sit down only 15 people can sit in chairs but it's ok not there long

Come on people. Leave some detail about your visit so others can get an idea of how the location operates. This place is open until 5 pm and if they are closed at 4:54pm we'll then you got there roo late. Try getting there before 4pm just to ensure you will get the money!!!! 5 star service, even though there are some irritated workers, don't let them throw shade on your day. Cheer them up by throwing them a tip, even though they are not allowed to take tips, throw one anyways, just to say thanks jerks!!!!!!!

I was really worried after reading all the reviews, but I went prepared and around 330. Everyone was nice and friendly, I was very happy and I got $1000.

Very professional and kind.
Took my info and within minutes my claim was processed. Then i was given a copy of proof. A very nice location and even the guard was assisting us.

Looking forward to picking up my really large check worth hundreds of millions soon! I WON!!!

The Santa Ana location has been closed.
They are now in Costa Mesa at, 235 Baker St E, Costa Mesa, CA 92626.

The lady that help me out today has no manners, I came so happy to summit my ticket and there she was on a really bad mood 😒. I was like really come on put a happy face 🙃 at least.
