FCPP Fountain Valley Multi Specialty

Doctors and Staff are super nice and very helpful!

My Doctor has taken great care of me and staff is great. But over the past few months I can NEVER get through to the office itself. Today I started calling at 3:30. The website says they are open until 5pm. I called back time after time and pushed EVERY option from 1 to 0 and EVERY MAILBOX WAS FULL. I finally had to go to the FCPP site and called as if I was trying to find a doctor. They transferred me over to the answering service because the office closes at 4pm. It's MONDAY. I only have so much patience and there should be an option to send a message via email. This is the office on Warner Ave. In Fountain Valley. Please fix these issues. Sometimes it's these simple things that make people change doctors.
