The McCharles House & Gardens

A lovely, gracious tea was enjoyed by our party of four. The atmosphere is cozy & comfortable, and where ever one looks, there are interesting objects.

The food was delicious, and the hostess was ever attentive, without crowding us. Be sure to take a stroll around the interior, and also the garden & lodge in the back.

Every time I visit I have a wonderful experience. The tea is always immaculate, the restaurant has different themes depending on the season and it is always a pleasure! Our tea cups are never empty thanks to the attentive service. An absolutely perfect escape from the regular Orange county hustle and bustle.

The house is beautifully decorated for Christmas. The food and tea were excellent. They also have a lovely garden.

Not really a good set up for a wedding reception. The guests were too broken from each other and some even had their tables taken away to make room for the dance floor

It was not open and we could not see if there were hours posted anywhere. It was a great disappointment.
