Alex came out today to quote an install for a water heater. The price was as I expected, the service was excellent. I have used Jacot for years, at home and at work. Alex did a great job.

Called Mon 2 sinks not draining & one sink all rusted pipes. Tues AM, Jacot plumber arrived on time,called saying he was on the way. ID' problem, gave estimate, fixed issues, 1.5 hrs, fee was below estimate. So professional, friendly and fair. Highly recommend.

Chuck with Jacot Plumbing was professional & did everything at such a great price we were telling all our friends. He didn't try to upgrade us & gave us a great estimate upfront. I had a long list of needed repairs for our bathroom. When our sink plugged up. I was now forced to find a plumber that could tackle my long list. I have used Jacot for years, for both small and large problems. I was referred to them by a family friend, who also happens to be a Real Estate Agent and praised them highly for their diligence and dedication. I've had them repair my water main (very large repair/task), snake clogged drains, install clean outs (another larger job) and a few days ago, clear the clogged kitchen drains. They're professionals, courteous, personable and always there when you need them. A reliable plumbing service is one of those "must haves" for any property owner and Jacot is the company to rely on.

I love Jacot Plumbing! I have had them out several times for plumbing fixes. They have fixed when other plumbers have said "not fixable and needs to be replaced." They are prompt, courteous and just all around great!

Jacot Plumbing was sent out by my insurance company to assess a plumbing issue. Charles was great and respectful of the current COVID-19 situation by wearing a mask, etc. He was thorough in his inspection and reached out to my insurance company immediately after leaving my home. He even asked me how I was doing on supplies as he said they carry stuff in the truck should their customers need anything! I was good on everything except TP... so he was kind enough to give me a couple of rolls!!!

I have used Jacot Plumbing for a couple of years now. They repaired a toilet drainpipe and installed a new toilet. Two bathroom faucets. Kitchen sink faucet. Bathroom manifold and shower set. Installed new Water heater and water heater flush. I’ve had several different Jacot plumbers at my house and they are all nice, informative, arrive on time, clean up and complete a superb job.

Have used Jacot plumbing service 3 times since we moved to Garden Grove. Each time I asked them to come out to check out a problem, they always gave me a fast answer and always showed up on time. I had issues in my house with plumbing problems and I highly recommend Jacot Plumbing. Their response was very quick, they were professional and I had the confidence that they were going to do the job properly... which they did. I will use Jacot again in the future for any of my plumbing needs.

Jesse came to check the leakage and thoroughly checked everything. He then called the steam guy (leakage was from steam equipment) to find out what is the reason and how can it be fixed. He was at my place for over an hour and performed all necessary actions. Also asked me to call him if there is any issue again. So glad and satisfied with the service.
