Great little grouping of shops. Zitos is the best pizza around and Turners is world class.

Great for a quick stop for a water , soda , snack, etc....

There is a BevMo, Laundromat, Zito's Pizza, Staples, Turner's, French's Bakery, Zena's, Subway, Pho Place, etc...A lot of different shops & eating places to choose from. Enjoy!

Went to Home 👍 Goods.. We try to go here often never know what will arrive. Everything here is Great! The prices are wonderful.

Great food, lines/order process might confuse some but that what happens when a place is super busy. Call a head and make sure to get a copy of your receipt to get your food as quickly as possible. Normal 20-40 minute wait.

This place is great, they have a turners outdoorsman for all your hunting, fishing or second amendment rights needs. They also have a tea.place that has pretty good milk tea and a bakery that doesn't sell vegan donuts but the stuff they do sell are pretty good.

My go to pho if I'm not going to little Saigon. Always tasty, always friendly and good price for what you get. I always leave there with a full, satisfied belly.

This section of N Tustin Street is full of every imaginable stores. And right across the street are the ones that couldn't find room in the Orange Villa Shopping Center. It's like a strip mall on steroid. I don't how big this center is because there is tons of shopping along that street. And it features quite a few restaurants. Way, way bigger than a strip mall.

This is actually part of a large open air mall which stretches for 3 miles along Tustin Avenue, on both sides of the street for part of the stretch. Nearly every retail outlet you could ever ask for has a store here. I'm not a compulsive shopper but I like to think I know what quality is when I see it. Just about all of my favorite stores can be found along this street.

There're lots of shops with different categories such as clothes, shoes, sportswear, household; and lots of restaurants for you to take rest. It's an ideal place for shopping and fun. I almost spent all my money here due to the high-quality products. Always the best place to choose for shopping.

Has my favorite Chinese restaurant.. Yang Ming.. Great food.. several other places to grab a bite..

At orange villa shopping center their is a restraunt called Waikiki. Hawaiian BBQ. Its so so good. I recommend you try it. Little pricey but worth it.

A fried recommend and had no regrets. Good flavor and fats service

Isited Sparklers Laundry for usual chore of doing laundry. Nice clean place, machines work, those that don't are tagged, and attendant is always here.

Okay now this place has stores,gym,food,etc and lots parking....

great variety from phone'food,outdoor sports & office equipment. Lots of parking. Oh...and a beveragemo.

This place has the best pho soup. Chicken or beef.

Great place to bring the entire family and drop some money.
