We discovered a leak in our ceiling last night (non-emergency), and Coastal was so responsive. We called after 8pm and got a call back at 7am the next morning to schedule a visit for 8:30am same day.

Patrick showed up on time, had a great demeanor and was super helpful with our questions. We particularly appreciate understanding the problem with all house issues, and Patrick was great. I would request him by name!

And, of course, he diagnosed and fixed our leak quickly. We had to remove drywall for the repair, and Patrick was very tidy and cleaned up nicely.

With that said, we use Coastal for our rental property too. We have never had a bad experience with their customer service or their work.

This was my first experience with Coast Plumbing and I was very impressed. Edgar was punctual, knowledgeable and honest. I appreciated that he answered all my questions and helped me understand the issues that I was experiencing. Edgar also performed the service in a way to minimize any mess or impact on my items & space. Great guy, great service and very reasonable pricing. I would definitely recommend Coast Plumbing.

Edgar with Coast Plumbing came out on an emergency call for a four-plex we manage. He was very professional, explained all of the details and options, and went above and beyond to ensure the tenants had use of their plumbing for the night! He is returning today and we will most likely be setting up a preventative maintenance plan with them.

Coast Plumbing replaced our furnace and also helped with several other issues that were discovered during a purchase inspection. We had originally talked to another company about the furnace but the estimate from Coast Plumbing came in significantly lower. The technicians provided practical solutions and did not up charge for unnecessary work. The installation team was prompt and clean and communication was excellent throughout the process.

Today, Tommy came out to redo the drainpipe assembly behind a pedestal sink. He was friendly, courteous, and efficient. From estimate to completion of the work, Tommy was done under 30 minutes. And the drain works perfectly. Thank you Tommy!

toilet tank broke 5:30 am. Found Coast Plumbing in FV and left a message. They responded quickly and had new toilet in fairly quickly. Was pleased with quick response, professionalism and price. Would recommend them and will use them again.

Called Coast Plumbing for a repair in our office and to our surprise and relief, they were able to come out within the hour!
