Off-islander and I was having a really rough go of it with my asthma, the great staff here got me in, treated and on my way in time to catch my ferry! They were caring, and efficient! Huge, HUGE thanks to the ED staff!!

We had a Boating mishap and went there for treatment! Very nice facility, Doctors there very good! All the staff very polite and helpful,knowledgeable! Turned out wife fractured her L1 vertebrae! They all were very good at giving best service and treatment to ease the pain she was in! Very caring in making sure she was comfortable and gave her the best treatment of any place we have ever been to! If ever you have a mishap I would highly recommend this place! Everyone we talked to there said that they heard nothing but good things about the facilities and Dr's there! If you ever are in need of medical treatment, You are in good hands! Awesome place and people! I would definitely go back and give everyone there a 10 plus rating! 👍

Had a little boating accident which damaged my ribs and ended up in the ER in Friday Harbor. They were WONDERFUL and efficient from our arrival to departure. Was so thankful to have been there instead of home where the ER's are usually pretty hectic. And with Covid around, the smaller hospital was a more reassuring environment. Thank you to all the staff who cared for me that day.

I cut my toe open at a friend's house and had to come to the ER and get some stitches. It was very clean and I was greeted quickly. I was brought back as fast as possible as they were having a busy morning. Isla was my nurse and she was excellent in keeping me informed of what was going on and cleaning out my wound. Dr. Lopez numbed me up and gave me 3 stitches to close the gash I had in my toe. I was treated with respect and caring and was out the door in 2 hours.

Such love and professional care along with lots of laughter and the healing begins!

Dr. Sullivan and his staff were amazing. God always sends His Angel's and we are so thankful. Diverticulitis was diagnosed and Grandma Sue can finish her trip, ferrying to Vancouver Island. Thanks be to God and Peace Health.

I’d seen some negative earlier reviews and was hesitant to go to this facility. However, a knee injury got to the point that I needed to go for evaluation and treatment. Everyone I encountered (6 including Dr. Sullivan) was so warm and welcoming. I barely sat down in the waiting room before I was ushered into an exam room. Things moved right along from that point on, whereas I’ve spent time at other facility ERs that had looong waits between people coming into the room. Dr. Sullivan impressed me with his diagnosis, his friendliness and his advice. Based upon my experience, I highly recommend this Medical Center.

I really think they deserve greater than five stars. From the initial process of getting registered into their system to using the access of the emergency room, to our final treatment, every single person provided outstanding service, outstanding customer sensitivity, as well as the facility being very clean and modern. What a beautiful gem for the San Juan Islands.

Had excellent care in the ER early Thursday morning. The doctor and nurses were outstanding and got me ready to be life flighted to Bellingham.

I’m from out of town, and I woke up really sick. Sometimes when you’re out of town it’s really hard to have medical workers treat you with kindness, with this medical facility it was really easy to find that. Everyone was extremely friendly and they took quick care of me. It’s scary getting that sick out of town and not knowing where to go for help, I felt like as soon as I was there they were ready to take care of me.

I've been stung 3 times this summer (so far) by yellowjackets... and the 3rd time was apparently the charm. I started to have an allergic reaction for the first time in my life! When I arrived at the ER, I was assisted immediately and had a nurse at my side within seconds of checking in. Excellent attention and care! I was really impressed. Thank you!

In Friday Harbor for a nice evening. Wound up in the ER in SVT. Dr. Perez and Adreienne were wonderful. Not the crazy intense atmosphere at our local ER. Very easy-going and comfortable. While getting adenosine isn't pleasant, they made it a much easier experience because of the atmosphere they create. Thank you!

Everyone who works here is like an angel. They helped me from the time I walked in until the time I left. Some of the most kind, genuine and loving people you will ever find. I'm normally not a fan of doctors or hospitals but my experience today has been uplifting in one of my most dire times of need.

My son was just seen in the ER by a very competent,caring,compassionate and patient team. Dr.Perez used great humor and skill in examining my twelve year old with special needs and health care anxiety.

Very clean, calm atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Easier and cheaper to get to than Anacortes, and you get better service and care.

Great hospital , doctors, and medical center. We are so blessed to have it on our island!
