One of the best trips I have ever been on.. EVER!

A young Lauren and Parker were our guides and they were professional, knowledgeable and overall great fun to be with!

All our meals were made with love and care and were really tasty. The kayaking and camping gear was great, and the spots we stopped and camped at from Turn Island, Point Caution to Jones Island were super picturesque!

Give my regards to our guides as I am now back down-under, but if I ever find my way to that part of the world again, I will be sure to take another trip with you guys!

We had a wonderful time on our tour! Our guide was super knowledgeable and we even saw a humpback whale in the distance. I also saw my first jellyfish!

The excursion was wonderful and our guide, Bart, was very friendly, informative and did a great job of making us feel at ease. I was originally nervous about kayaking in the ocean, however the area they launch from is very calm and we could stay right next to shore if desired. We ventured out further as I felt more comfortable. The scenery was breathtaking and we were lucky to see several whales in a distance, seals, birds and other wildlife. It was majestic and our favorite thing we did on our trip. When I was researching kayak excursion companies I was please to know that Crystal Seas has a dock that they launch from so we did not have to carry the kayaks or get in the water like you have to do with many other companies. I definitely recommend Crystal Seas!

Phenomenal experience doing a 2 night kayak camping trip with my family! We had 7 people so it was a private group. We camped on Jones Island and paddled to Orcas Island in one the afternoons. Guides were very knowledgeable of the wildlife we saw: Minke whale, moon jellies, birds, etc. Will definitely recommend to friends!

Lauren was an outstanding guide, instructor, and provider of spectacular meals. The Tucker House was a place we will never forget. For our first time in Washington, we could not have a more memorable experience.

We are experienced kayakers but wanted to go with a group that had local knowledge. We were on a three-day, two night visit. We kayaked for two days with some side hikes and went on a whale-watching trip on the third day. Crystal Seas arranged our lodging and meals and everything was great. Our guide, Annie was great. Especially with the challenging weather, she adapted the plans and crafted a great day"

Beautiful day out on the water, loved our guide Joe! He was so friendly and personable and really shared a ton of knowledge with us about the island and marine life. There was not much to see when it came to animals. Maybe the location of the tour needs to move to be closer to a bay that would see more wildlife. We did see a harbor seal, held a moon jellyfish, and spotted a couple bald eagles!

Booked a Sea Kayak 3 hr tour for a birthday celebration on San Juan and had an amazing trip with our guide! He knocked it out of the park. Our time on the water was info packed, and yet relaxing and beautiful. We had a lovely time and would highly recommend Crystal Sea Kayaking for a good time

Great guide and tour service for their 3 day and 2 night kayak camp trip. Their itinerary is structured yet flexible. Would absolutely book again.

Everything about this trip was perfect from our wonderful, knowledgable, safety conscious guides Miguel and Gunnar, to the beauty of the islands, the great food we ate, the camaraderie we shared and the quality equipment we used. We were lucky to have a wonderful group and good weather. We camped, we hiked, we kayaked, we watched the full moon rise. What could be better? I guess if the orcas had appeared that would have been even more spectacular. We did see lots of seals, some river otter and eagles as well as some other cute little furry land creatures. Highly recommended!

We had the most remarkable active multi-day tour with Crystal Seas/TerraTrek. Not only was everything perfect, but we felt, in every instance, that our guide, Gunnar, truly cared about us and did his best to make this trip memorable. He shared his knowledge about local culture, native plants and island facts in a friendly way. The bicycling and kayaking trips were highly organized and the equipment was top notch. We were amazed by the tasty snacks, delicious treats and gourmet meals in unique and beautiful locations. This definitely was one of the most adventurous and stunning experiences we have ever had. Our guide, Maddie, was wonderful! She was so nice to chat with and made for an enjoyable excursion. In general, we were really pleased with your company getting back to us so late in the evening the night before our trip with you for booking as we were setup with another local kayaking company and because we called to check-in and ask a question, they realized we were the only two people scheduled for Monday and tried multiple times to move us to another day and then let us know the guide had Covid and had to cancel on us. So...again...thank you for your promptness and accommodating us. We had a great time!

Enjoyed six days of cycling the San Juan Islands with an excellent guide, Krista. The routes were great and they adjusted them for our group which consisted of more seasoned riders. The Islands were beautiful, with moderate temperatures both day and night this time of year. I am used to doing my touring on my own, and Krista spoiled me, probably forever. Not just meeting, but anticipating our needs.

We took the 6 day 5 night tour and had a great time. This was not the first kayak tour we have ever taken but by far it was the best. The food was great, lunches prepared by the guide and lodging was first class. I would recommend this trip to anyone thinking about a kayak, bike tour.

Our guides Austin and Tim were fantastic. Knowledgeable, friendly, and very laid back. Learned the basics of safe kayaking then we got out on the water. Saw a harbor seal, lots of birds, an otter, jellyfish, and learned a ton about the eco systems and history of the area. Definitely plan to go again next time I'm on the island!

It was just myself and my girlfriend which made our trip basically private! Bart was great at guiding us but not hovering and allowing us to have our moments together. Would highly recommend as a quick day adventure around San Juan Island!

My adult son and I participated in this sea kayaking trip. We were the only two in our group and our guide customized the trip based on our capabilities and desires. We were able to move at a faster pace, go a longer distance but still stop and enjoy views and sea life. Great time!

Bart was patient, flexible, and friendly. She answered our questions and, when she didn't know something, she said so instead of making something up. She allowed us extra time to sit and enjoy the sunset on the water.
