I recently had an outstanding experience with Carlos who helped us with a blocked sewer. They arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem quickly, and explained everything clearly. Their professionalism, efficiency, and attention to detail were impressive, ensuring our sewer was thoroughly cleared and future issues were prevented. They kept us informed, were transparent about costs, and provided excellent customer service throughout. I highly recommend Carlos for any plumbing needs!

We had major plumbing back up, Rooter Hero sent someone out right away and stayed in communication with ETA while they were in route. It turned out far more extensive a problem with breaks and erosion in the main sewer line of the house and we were shown and explained where the failures were and options to the best solutions and we were overwhelmed but confident it had been well taught and shown and made the best choice on solutions. We also sought out other quotes, and no one matched their cost and explanation so we continued with this company. Carlos Beltran was our main contact throughout the whole job but all of the techs were professional and very knowledgeable. Carlos was very patient, experienced and knowledgeable and made a huge difference in every turn of this big job. We would highly recommend this company.

Rooter Hero sent plumber/technicians George and Andrew to work on my clogged sink drain. These guys were professional, respectful and very friendly. They were also very knowledgeable and give me a quick assessment of the situation. They also gave me quick estimates of cost related to my sink and did not proceed until I gave the ok for price and work. They only took about 20 to 30 minutes in home and cleaned up any mess afterward. In all my experience with this company and in particular these guys was an excellent experience! I had an unexpected toilet emergency and they came out within an hour which was awesome. The only thing one should note is that their specials apply to certain things I.e, sinks, tubs, toilet, etc. Make sure you ask for pricing prior to but otherwise service was thorough, quick, friendly, respectful with the added bonus helpful tips. I hope I won’t need them anytime soon but would not hesitate to give them a call if I had to. Eric was our service tech.

Caleb did a fantastic job on unclogging the kitchen sink. The price was great. No bait and switch tactics like other plumbing service. Very honest and fair. Highly recommended!

This review is about Ryan Pambogo, a very classy gentleman at Rooter Hero who came to repair and install a bathroom shower system around the 5th of March, 2024.
Not only was he extremely efficient in his work, but also showed tremendous respect to us throughout the process. Rooter Hero should be extremely proud of team members like Ryan.
While I wish him the very best in the company, hopefully, his superiors would recognize and reward him for his talents.

Called Rooter Hero after the toilet would not work. They were able to get to me within an hour and a half. Besides the quick response the tech they sent was very polite and honest. He was able to resolve my issues pretty quick. Safe to say I will definitely be saving the number for any future issues.

Marco was great. We had a leak from our tub, he immediately spotted the problem but to the time to verify that there were no other issues. He clearly explained everything and gave us options on what we could do to fix the issue. They were efficient and reasonable. Free estimate with no pressure to use them. Would call them again, but I hope I never need too!

Eric was very professional and knowledgeable, explaining things in detail, and answered all the questions. His crew was prompt and efficient. Seems like Eric’s number one concern was to take care of the customer and have it done correctly. He worked very well with his crewmembers. Definitely would recommend this company to a friend.

Jim Fisher went above and beyond to clear and test my bathroom sink drain. The drain is old and therefore required running the drain snake multiple times. In addition, he made sure that my white cabinets and surrounding area remained untouched by the sewer grime.

Jim went above and beyond. Did everything he could on a difficult job. Will definitely be reaching back out when I’m ready to tackle the next part of my home improvement project.

Ryan was a great plumber! He showed up early in the 2-4 pm scheduled time, around 2:15 I think, and was very nice. I’d say he went above and beyond trying to help me with various issues. Price of service was fair and my toilet is working normally once again.

We had an awesome technician named Caleb Reynolds who walked us through step by step what we needed done for our sewage system. He was very honest and transparent with the entire process. The job was done very fast and efficient and held to the timeframe that was asked. All the technicians that worked on our home were very polite and professional. Would recommend to everyone I know. Carlos Beltran was my technician and came out to clear a yard drain before the big weekend deluge! It was not an easy fix due to the number of years that have gone between clear outs, but Carlos knew what he was doing and Rooter Hero had the right tools. They had the drain fixed within an hour using their water jet system. The Rooter Hero team was A+ professional from scheduling to the awesome service provided by Carlos. I highly recommend Carlos and the Rooter Hero team and will use them again for any drain and or plumbing issues!

We had an emergency overflow of water into our bathroom and Carlos and the Rooter Hero team were able to diagnose and fix our crushed pipes. He even had the foresight to check the other pipes in our yard, found and sealed those leaks as well. Highly recommended!

Victor was very honest and thorough with his work. He was able to work with us and even provided a temporary bathtub drain so we can shower while the main drain pipe got repaired.
