It's a good experience with the workers providing good customer service. My needs are always met at this store. Got my grip tape here, some accessories as well. Prices are decent. Look forward to coming here.

My family and I went in for some snowboarding jackets/gear and the staff was AMAZING. They made that sure we found exactly what we needed and had a great conversation with us. Super chill vibes, this is the best zumiez store I’ve been to in California.

It was my first time in the store and I loved it. There was Hunter x Hunter merch, and as I was looking at it I found an employee who also enjoyed the anime. He was easy to talk to and gave me good recommendation on what to buy or watch next. I wish I knew his name. All I remember was he was really skinny and tall and he wore a beanie.

Came in with a friend who needed bindings. I had been needing a board for a long time. However, I had no real intention of buying anything but only because I just never knew much about boards and what I needed. Justin at the Mills Zumies was extremely knowledgeable and catered all of my abilities to a board. He was very busy but he was a great multitasker and had me out of there with new helmet, boots, bindings, and board in no time.
