What a shame! We booked a tour and they told us that Grand Canyon is included. In fact , it was not ! We had the opportunity to book it for 90$ or stay in our hotel and pay extra fee for not joining the tour ! When I called, they tried to justify !

Such bad service! Please do yourself a favor and never ever book there !

Don't book any tour with them. They don't take you to the itinerary like they said they would. Waste of money and time.
