I came in for an invisalign consultation, and I was greeted by Edna. She was very sweet and even gave me a little goody bag and put a sign welcoming me into the office! I also got a tour and the staff was very friendly. Overall, the office is very professional and friendly. They give good dental advice in a polite manner. I felt very comfortable, and my consultation went very smoothly! Will definitely proceed with treatment here.

My daughter has been coming into Viva smiles for the past two years and the staff is amazing! They are always helpful and the quality of work they do is amazing! Edna always has a heartwarming welcome and makes everyone feel at home when they walk through the door! The staff are so nice and sweet, especially Rosa! I was nervous to get my braces done but Rosa made the experience comfortable! She made sure to tell step by step what she was doing and helped me out so much! Definitely recommend to check them out!

The place is overall very nice, I've been going here for my nieces and the place is always clean. The staff is really nice, Elizabeth did the tightening for my braces and was keeping sure that I was comfortable and nothing was hurting. It also has a place for parents to wait while waiting for their kids, a really good orthodontist.

Viva Smiles is the best place to get your braces. Every one of the staff here are very friendly and genuinely care about your well-being. Today I got my braces off, and Elizabeth worked on my teeth and made sure they were amazing. It was also my birthday today, so they sang happy birthday to me which I thought was sweet. THIS PLACE ROCKS!!!

I cannot recommend Nancy and the team at Viva Smile enough! After experiencing a messed-up bite from improperly placed braces elsewhere, I was referred to Nancy at Viva smiles for correction. My case was further complicated by two baby teeth that never emerged, but Nancy and her team handled it with expertise and care.

One of the most welcoming and kind dental offices I have been in. Edna was kind and very understanding of my concerns. She made me feel welcome with a a light-up sign in my examination room, and thoroughly explained every aspect of the office to ensure I was familiar with how the office and treatment would work. I initially had a bit of anxiety coming into the office as most people might with dental care, but it was gone within minutes because of how welcoming and friendly all the staff were. I got my braces off today after about 2 years of treatment and it was honestly kind of bitter sweet. I know that sounds odd because nobody likes their teeth behind bars, but I had a great experience here. Every time I came in, I was always greeted with smiles. I absolutely adore the front desk ladies. We shared many jokes and they truly get to know you; it starts becoming sort of like a personal relationship. Everyone who worked on my teeth were very understanding and careful. You can tell the people who work here are genuinely passionate in what they do. I only had one minor issue here with one of the workers being very aggressive in their tone and choice of words, but I don't remember her name. Aside from that one experience, I always enjoyed my visits. Dr. Brandon is very accommodating and tried his best to help me get my braces off before my birthday. It didn't work, but I'm still happy that he tried and we got where we needed to. If you are looking for a place to get your braces done, I would suggest this place. I went to a lot of places for consultation on what procedure I would need to fix my under bite and this place was the best. I am happy with my results and I can finally eat what I want to!

This place is amazing! After 3 years of having braces, Viva smiles have a great of taking care of their patients. They have a clean office and are very organized. Also, shout out to CB for taking my braces off!!
