We just started going to this vet and are very impressed! Dr. Louka made our Belgian Malinois feel at ease. He is very knowledgeable and compassionate. We are so glad we found an amazing vet! We plan on staying here and this will now be our vet for our 2 cats and 2 dogs.

Brit Year 2015 through Today
Dr. M. Louka D.V.M. has been my only Veterinary Doctor for my Belgian Tervuren, Brit since 2014. Brit has had very special care with Dr. Louka for about 10 years. Recently my dog woke up bleeding throughout her mouth, and some fluid through her nose. The blood and fluid came from a back molar tooth that was extremely loose, bleeding with thick white clear fluid. Dr. Louka was scheduled the entire day, having 3 back-to-back surgeries in the morning. He was kind enough to see Brit that morning, pulled out the Molar Tooth and prescribed her antibiotics. Dr. Louka’s wonderful positive demeanor, his self-confident and kind approach, laying out a detailed plan that made me feel completely at ease and has been a consistent historical pattern.

I have over 100 wonderful words to express my Appreciation for Dr. Louka, his team Tammy and his Entire Staff who were always available for questions regarding my dog’s health concerns. Brit has had Excellent and Outstanding on-going Medical Care with Clear Precise Communications. Dr. Louka is the “Best of the Best” an Invaluable Asset to the Veterinary Medical Profession and Community. God bless Dr. Louka and his Entire Staff.

Dr. M. Louka D.V.M gave 7 extra months of Quality life, after there was no hope for my old dog who passed away at 16 years. As a result of Dr. Louka Consulting; my dog lived an additional 7 wonderful months gaining mobility, little pain and the cancer was reduced.

Prior to year 2011
Since I live in Orange County and Lake Tahoe (different locations); Dr. M. Louka had been one of 2-Veterinary Doctors for many years. I commend Dr. M. Louka for the Excellent care over the years in resolving health issues for both of my dogs. I’ve always asked penetrating detailed questions and I received lengthy detailed answers that were precise and clear. After each meeting with Dr. M. Louka, I knew exactly how to proceed forward when there were any dog health issues. Let me first say this facility has been here since our family dog Gypsy was alive in the 80s. Different staff of course. Last week we put our sweet Snuggles to sleep. I myself had not been established with this veterinarian but I am pleased to say we will be for 2nd rescue. It is the humble office it's always been. Clean, a very kind staff, affordable pricing and options for pricing plans if needed. They arranged our cremation as well affordably and presented her to us very sweetly with card and special personalization. I highly recommend their services.

First of all I would like to thank all the members of this animal hospital from the vet assistants to the veterinarian himself. From the first time I brought my dog in for rabies shots as a new customer Tammy made my experience quick, easy and without any hassle or extra charges for mandatory first visit examinations of my dog Snow. Sadly over the years my dog developed skin cancer that later spread through his whole body, the team through surgery good care and good advice prolonged his life with the least amount of suffering till it was time to euthanize my beloved companion. When the time came they made such a sad experience as good as possible showing true care and compassion for my dog, my family and myself. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who really cares about their pets because everyone at Orange Tustin Animal hospital does to. And once again to the whole team thank you your help was greatly appreciated! :)

So, I have been with this vet for about 3 years, every question I have is answered, if my cat seems having an issue dr is very knowledgeable. Stuff members always nice and courteous.

Vet could have ordered a pricey xray but didn't feel it was needed. Really appreciate his opinion

Dr. Louka and his staff are just amazing. They are kind, loving, and caring. I live by multiple vets but I choose to take the 25-minute drive to OrangeTustin vet because of the amazing pet care.

Great place to take your pet for all veterinary needs. The owner (who is the vet) is very knowledgeable and understanding, never pushes any un-needed services just to make an extra buck. I take Alphina, a little maltese-hsitzu, here and anyways got a great service at a great price. I got my doggys teeth cleaned here and a cyst removed. Alphina seems satisfied. This place is definitely worth a try if you don't have a good vet or your vet is too expensive. They dont have a fancy office, but they dont need to because the service is excellent and prices are right. The vet Tech and the front desk lady are super nice and helpful.

The results of Dr. Lucas recommendations and treatment was nothing less than miraculous . Our dog has been suffering for weeks and since we have been traveling around and he needed a specialist we could not seek help right away. Not only did the kind Doctor has compassion for our out of state situation and allowed us his time without previous appointment, he treated us with such professionalism and generosity, we now see our dog Sunny's eye be getting better already and we thoughtit is a lost cause. Thanks wonderful staff and beloved Dr.

I've been taking my dogs to Dr. Louka since 2007, and I trust him because he has a good track record of diagnosis and treatment. He is very cost-conscious and never suggests the most expensive approach unless it's absolutely necessary. The staff members are friendly and professional, and they do a good job of keeping everything on track and punctual. They are very warm and caring.

Dr, Louka is a great vet. He prolonged both of my doggies lives. I highly recommend him. I have been going to him for years. He does not take advantage of his clients either. He is honest and straight forward.......

I love this place! The staff is professional and friendly but most important they treat their patients extremely well. Which is my main reason for bringing my boy here. I have a very anxious dog, which can get a little difficult with an 83lbs animal. Last time he came in for a couple shots (which he was super upset about), Tami (one of the vet techs) took the time to comfort him and make sure he felt comfortable at their office. You can't buy that quality.

1st time visit after going to Banfield pet hospital for 6 years. My dog had occasional flare up of pain in his leg. Banfield kept giving him the same medication that never worked

This place is simply the best. I used to take my dog (15 year old miniature pinscher mix) to another vet in Downey consistently, but after a recommendation from a friend that I try this office, I have never turned back. As my dog has aged, he has needed more care and attention, and this office is always prompt with their service and EXTREMELY affordable. I feel truly fortunate to be able to go to this location for my dogs medical needs. Thank you Dr. Louka and staff for your continued dedication and hard work!

I have been going to Dr. Louka for over ten years. He is the most amazing, compassionate, fair and HONEST veterinarian in Orange County. You are never overcharged for unnecessary tests or procedures, which is a rare thing now a days. I have also known his vet technician Tami for 27 years and she is amazing. My family has always had dogs and cats and continue to go to Dr. Louka. I highly recommend him and his knowledgeable staff.

Dr. Louka and his team have been our go to Vet for years. They are always more then helpful and are great with our animals always stopping to give pets as they walk by in the office. I would highly recommend him and his staff to anyone.

These are the sweetest, nicest, so very helpful people at this vet hospital. What they lack in aesthetics, they certainly make up in competence and attention to their patients. I am so glad to have discovered this vet and his able staff. Their fees are also competitive, actually more reasonable than any in Orange County. I really like Dr. Louka.

Dr. Louka provided excellent care for our little 5 month old puppy. He was feeling extremely weak and not eating/drinking for over 24 hours...then he began having diarrhea. Dr. Louka quickly identified the problem and treated our little guy. We are very thankful for his excellent care.
