Deep tissue massage I received today in Gem Day Spa it was just AMAZING. Elena listened my concerns and focused on my problem areas. Soft music, dimmed lights and aromatherapy were so relaxing.

Just saw Elena for a deep tissue massage. Unbelievably amazing! She has mastered reading tension and healing techniques! Soo happy to have found her in this quaint spa!

I had my 1st experience with Nicole this evening. But let me start by saying that I was calling for a same day appointment, and Nicole was over accommodating with my small window schedule. When I arrived, Nicole was so warm and welcoming (even when I invaded her evening with my need of a last minute appointment for my first at the spa). As we began my facial and microdermabrasion session.... Nicole was descriptive, knowledgeable with all the products, and went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and got me perfectly ready for my 25 class reunion. I left the spa feeling wonderful and so glad that I came across Nicole and Gem Day Spa. I recommend all to reach out to Nicole, for any service. She is very sweet, kind and personable. I hope you enjoy your session with her as much as I did. Thank you Nicole, I will be back to see you soon.

Nicole gave me the best facial and actually READ my skin and told me exactly where I had calcium build up and possibly an allergic reaction to one of my products

Sarah was professional and friendly. She took the time to listen to my concerns and address them with care. Halfway through the facial, I knew I'd buy the multi facial package I saw advertised by the door because of how good her service was. I had extractions and microdermabrasion done along with a coffee mask to hydrate. The result? Soft glowing skin!

Donna gave me the best facial I have ever had, hands down. She also did anti aging techniques on me that plumped my lips and basically gave me a natural facelift. Her massage was very focused on my problem areas and it was a very healing and wonderful experience. I will not go anywhere else going forward. Thank you Donna! 🖤

Jer did a fantastic job! I came in with a Groupon and had such a great experience that I bought a facial package. She is so good at what she does and is such a truly kind and friendly person. I highly recommend her and would give more stars if I could!

For anybody that is going for the first time, ask at the front desk of Los Cab for an escort or a map to find the the spa since its in the back of the grounds. Beyond that Holly is great to work with and always takes her time with you. It never feels like you are getting the "bum's rush". I always leave feeling relaxed and pampered. Also try the massage...all the girls are wonderful. I highly recommend it!

Nichole did such a great job! She was very accommodating and met every need I had. My experience was really wonderful and I’ll be coming back very soon.

Opal - foot massage

I was ATTEMPTING to book a spa appointment for my wife in a couple weeks, but I moved on to another spa in the area that actually takes their business and clients seriously.
I have made at LEAST 20 calls over the last week to this place and have gotten 1 call back which went to voicemail, (becuase it wasn't at the time I asked to be called so I would be available) to confirm what I wanted and she messed up the time and the date.
This place is a joke and it really makes me wonder where the owner, or at least a manager, is in all of this.
Ridiculously unprofessional...

How do you even get ahold of these people? I have tried calling for a week with no answer or return call. Sad
