Miss Kitty was in good hands! She had not been to a vet before (is is a stray) and did very well. The vet confirmed that she is about a year old and in good health. That is good to know. I'm glad I took her there.

The staff here knows you and your pet and your family. They know you when you call in or come in. They are honest and kind and professional. A gem

Took two of my cats to see Dr. Clark. I was impressed with the calm energy at the clinic. I was impressed with the treatment that my sick boy received.

I didn't feel pressured to have the suggested treatments. It was explained to us why she felt it was important and we were allowed to decide.

When we returned home, they were both back in the living room like nothing had happened within the hour.

They have a cat and a dog entrance which makes it nicer for us to enter without a dog bursting in.

We have found our new clinic.

I love how friendly the staff is. They really care about your fur babies here and pay attention to details. So happy I found this place and they take United Pet Care insurance which is great!!

We change to Saddleback Animal Hospital a couple years ago and have been very satisfied with the service that we get there. I feel that comparatively to the other couple places that we were using that they are not price gouging us and I feel that they actually care for the animals rather than this just being a J.O.B. if you know what I mean.

Few veterinary establishments make you feel they have you and your pets best interests in mind. Most have turned into professional money extractors. Saddleback Animal Hospital is very professional while making you and your pet feel comfortable. No sales pitch, no pressure. Just great veterinary services. They take United pet insurance. Best vet for miles.

I just started taking my two dogs to Dr. Kavanagh and am so pleased with the care he provides! The office staff is friendly and helpful, and we barely wait to see the doctor and get them the treatment they need. Dr. Kavanagh is extremely knowledgeable and personable. I started coming here because we live so close, but I would go out of my way even if we lived far away. Thanks to all at Saddleback for taking such good care of my girls!

They were so great in helping us get this stray cat examined. I just called and they opened up their schedule for me to bring in this cat that has adopted me right then and there. They were so great with handling the cat. I highly recommend their kind, loving, caring work.

We’ve been coming here for 15 years and they are absolutely outstanding! Their staff is super sweet, efficient, and knowledgeable & when they say they’re gonna call you back, they really do. The doctors are amazing, too. So caring and very good at what they do, especially Dr Kavanagh. He’s our #1 doc. He’s cared for the 4 kitties we’ve had over the 15 years we’ve been going here & he’s done an excellent job. And even though he’s a super busy doc (cause he’s so good!) he always returns your call in a timely manner & takes the time with you on the phone that you need to have all your questions answered. We are so blessed to have found Saddleback Animal Hospital when we moved to Tustin 15 years ago.

Dr Kavanaugh and the team are fantastic. I'm so glad I found them. Dr K is very knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. After a series of bad experiences with other doctors when my cat developed epilepsy last year, I couldn't be more grateful for the quality care she has received at Saddleback Animal Hospital. We were referred to Saddleback because we couldn't get our dog in to our regular office. They showed so much care and love to him that we made an appointment for our other dog. Dr K was fantastic as was the entire staff! So glad that they welcomed us. We are definitely coming back!!!

What more can I say about this vet? So impressed with the staff and Dr. k. I was a Tustana client until that Dr. k sold the practice. Broke my heart. But someone on Facebook raved highly of Saddleback, went one time with my cat Squishy and was just very happy with everything.
