Worst car dealership ever, only got one start cuz you can’t give 0. They seriously suck They sold me a car with frame damage and also I discovered it had drywall screws holding the front end on a week after I bought the car. i discovered when I went to sell it at Carmax two years after purchase, it showed up on the auto check, the auto auction they purchased from announced many times to all buyers it had frame damage and didn’t they disclose it to me so I had to get an attorney and file a case against them. Took a year and a half to find a lawyer to take my case and finally get them to settle out of court to finally get all my payments back and maintenance on the 2010 Ford Escape. What a friggin hassle, not only that but they charged me 4 times the legal ca vehicle sales tax which they pocketed!! What a bunch of loser business people that feel that they need to rip off first time buyer who worked hard to save for all his money to purchase the car of his choice just for a little more profit. Avoid like the plague!!!

This dealer i first put a down payment on a vehicle about a week later i started noticing oil leaks i go to the dealer he tells me to take it to his mechanic his mechanic is at a gas station on golden west his mechanic tells me he only deals with the dealer so here begins the unsatisfactory journey they are nice to you at first only to get into your pockets then when they have you in their pockets they treat you like dirt not only that but the vehichle ended up breaking this month of sept i first put down payment in july so car only lasted in 1 month

Very shady company they sold me a car within 6 months of the lease engine went out they put their name under someone else but they are still the same people don't buy from these people
