A+ experience! Got my 7 yr old Lenovo laptop’s battery replaced from here today and the experience was exceptional from the very beginning. Got quotes from multiple vendors through Yelp and Experimax’s was fair. Went to 2 other vendors initially who gave me absurd prices and pushed “diagnostics” on me that my laptop did not need. It would not power on unless plugged, I knew all it needed was a new battery. I dropped by their office, got a quote in person from Kevin who told me it did sound like a battery problem. No other diagnostics pushed my way. He was also helping an older gentleman before me (and you know how talkative some older folks can get sometimes) and Kevin was super patient with him and I applaud him for it. Anyway, after 2 business days, I got a call from Kevin that my battery has arrived and it took him less than 1 hr to change my battery. Now my baby is holding power again. He gave me 90 day warranty as well. He said some people have difficulty finding their place since it’s inside a corporate building but I found it without a problem. Don’t hesitate to use them for your tech repair needs! They are professional and fast while being affordable. Highly recommended. Thank you Kevin!

I have had many great experiences dealing with Experimax! I had an old iMac that I needed to have repaired and checked for viruses. Kevin has always been very helpful and knowledgeable about my computer, iPhone & iPad. In fact, I recently upgraded from my old iMac to a newer one I bought from Experimax. Again, Kevin helped me immensely by transferring all my data & acquainting me with the newer features. I will always depend on Experimax for any of my Apple products! Luckily for me, the new location is even closer to my home!

Kevin is as informative as he is helpful in trouble shooting any computer related issues, whether it be hardware or software.

And as a bonus, the second hand/refurbished items are a steal for the value and condition.

I would give them 6 stars if it were possible.

I got a great deal on my used iPhone with 256 memory and they are very honest when it comes to repairs… I have sent several people there to get their iPhone batteries changed and screens replaced… Ask for Kevin!

My wife and I have been going to Experimax for years. Even though we mostly get our iPhones and iPad fixed up, Kevin does all kinds of electronic things. Thank you, Kevin, for everything you do for us customers all these years! As of March 2024, our go to Experimax has moved to the Coury & Buehler Therapy Bldg. on the corner of Brookhurst and Talbert in the parking lot between Black Angus and Wendy's restaurants. It's upstairs or elevator and a very nice lady helped us locate Suite 204. Kevin installed the new liquid screen saver, shown on Shark Tank, onto my wife's iPhone 15 Plus. I have done business here 3 times now and had a great experience each time. I normally see James and have dealt with the manager also. They are knowledgable, friendly, and saved me a ton of money compared to having the same services done at apple! I have been here for a couple phone screen repairs and a battery replacement. I would highly recommend!

Great Experience, my MacBook Pro got damage I took it too apple and they had told me my MacBook Pro had to to replace the logic board and the Touch ID was damage but it was too pricy so I called this place and it was great price , great service , great person , great work , everything was perfect and it was also fast repair same day he told me everything what really was wrong with my MacBook and he replace my battery and put some thermal paste and that all what it need. So 10/10 recommendations of this place.

Kevin was beyond helpful! SO nice, and was able to fix all of the computer issues we had (for a FRACTION of the cost/headache that best buy had put us through). Will definitely be using again!
