I have used many gyms over the years but I have been with OT Fitness for over12 years. It's understanding of my ever changing physical abilities and knowledge to change my workout to keep me flexible and healthy is the reason I stay with OT Fitness. I highly recommend this friendly neighbor gym with its personal service.

Helped me feel like myself again. Family owned, and you become a member of the family when you become a member of OT Fitness. I started coming here 2 years ago while struggling with thyroid issues. Being a student I would not have been able to join a private gym normally, and wouldn't have been tempted to try. But I recognized the girl at the front desk, Nicole, from when we danced together and she helped me put together a package I could get the most out of. My trainer, Richard helped me work around injuries and get back in shape. The other trainer, Anthony, keeps the whole gym upbeat and moving. I never have to compete for equipment, everything is always clean and in working order, totally unintimidating. I feel free to use every inch of the gym how I like, stretching, floor excercises, lunge-walks throughout, all without feeling hindered or in the way.

And they are dog-friendly!!!

Love the workouts! That individual goals can be obtained and your work out is your own! Great atmosphere and camaraderie.

Amazing, quaint, intimate, quiet gym with all new machines and has the kindest staff. They really care about their clients and treat them like family. I’ve been going there for nearly 3 years and haven’t been happier.
