Dr Ely hands down one of the best if not the best Dentist around. I have visited other dentists and None compare to my experience with Dr Ely. Her level of professionalism and expertise are only surpassed by her kindness and compassion for her patients. I see her regularly for my cleaning and it’s always a treat leaving with a winning smile. If your a red wine lover like myself you know it’s difficult to get that perfect bright smile -until I began seeing Dr Ely.
I truly recommend anyone who is nervous or anxious about visiting a dentist -Go see Dr Ely. Your teeth and gums will thank you for it.

Dr. Ely is the best dentist I have ever gone to. She's super nice to my kiddos, and takes care of my sensitive teeth without making me feel bad. I love that they don't double/triple up appointments and she takes the time to explain everything she's doing.

I have been with Dr. Ely Lun-Chial now about 6 years she and her staff do a great job.
Just had my teeth cleaned she found the only tooth with a problem with out me saying anything. Dr Ely is very personable my girl friend and sister are under her care.
Looking for great dental care she is the one. She offers a dental plan for people like me without dental insurance and retired its called New dental choice.
You will be happy with your treatment.

Pros:
On-Time Appointment - I was in the lobby for 1-2 minutes max.
No Surprises - Detailed Explanation of the x-rays, exam, and cleaning process.
Courteous - Extra Pillow for my neck, checking in with me for comfort during exam and cleaning.
Detailed - Cleaning felt very thorough. Polishing was complete, not skimmed over like previous cleanings at other places.
Recommendation - Scheduled an appt for a cavity, and got advice on how to deal with bigger issues. No pressure and only necessary recommendations were made.
Cons:
Dr Ely and her staff were so nice, wish I could have stayed and chatted!

Dr. Ely Lun-Chial and her staff are totally professional. She and her assistants are most precise in their work as dentist and technicians. There is excellent communication during the procedure and in issuing notifications of appointments and reminders.

Will never go back to this office due to their shady billing policy. Save yourself the headache and go to another nearby dentist office.

This office charged us $40.00 fee for no-show appointment that we've never made in the first place. I thought it was resolved after I called in and explained to the staff. A few months later, they sent out the bills and tell us if we don't pay, they'll report it to the collection agency.
This is the only office that will charge you the late/no-show appointment fee. (the only one that I've been to)

Avoid this office. This office is engaging in dubious billing practices and recommending unnecessary procedures. Its main goal is to milk the patients.

I had been going there in the last 2-3 years. First, I went there for cleanings. Then, they had suggested deep cleaning and two crown procedures even though I don't believe are necessary. I ended up paying hundreds of dollars out of pockets extra (outside the insurance coverage) for the deep cleaning and the 1st crown procedure. In the last crown procedure, the dentist accidentally punctured my teeth and I had to have a root canal with a different dentist. I ended up with more than a thousand dollar extra out of pocket. There are plenty of dentists in Orange County, stay away from this one.
