Nice little shop in Huntington Beach. Their coffee is really popular. The business is Italian owned and operated. Their authentic Italian Artisanal Gelato is made from scratch and makes for some of the best Ice Cream in Huntington Beach.

The gelato was soooo good!!! The gelato is made from scratch daily! And Mike made our experience a 10/10. I definitely would recommend!

This was my first time visiting Mangiamo Gelato Cafe in Huntington Beach. What is cool and different about the gelato and cafe is that they offer a variety of in-house made gelato and pair it with acai bowls and espresso drinks. The gelato is also offered in smoothies for a very refreshing treat! The person who served us was meticulous in his presentation and thoughtfully perfected all orders. He really seems to want to please all guests and would ask if everyone was enjoying their order. We had a very pleasant gelato experience!

This guy makes the best açaí bowls… great value & great service… good place to give patronage to. He has stayed open late to let us enjoy our late night treats without rushing us out and he hustles when it’s busy. A local fave for sure

I liked it a lot , Italian hubby said it reminded him of the original gelato, I believe him. Hot chocolate is also creamy and good!

My fiancé and I absolutely love coming down to Main St for the Farmers Market and stopping in for a sweet treat. I always get the Affogato (espresso w/ 2 scoops of gelato), and she gets herself a scoop of gelato. We love it!

Mangiamo Gelato is absolutely a WORLD-class operation. My wife checks out every gelato shop on the west coast, looking for Hazelnut that is worthy of her taste buds. Once we found Mangiamo, I have returned every other week to make sure my wonderful wife always has that hazelnut delicious-ness at her fingertips in our freezer.

Absolutely the best Gelato in SoCal. Gelato is very specific and is different than ice cream. The Gelato here is exactly what gelato is supposed to be and they also always have a lot of excellent flavors to choose from. Tonight I had Peanut Butter Swirl and Double Chocolate. Both were delicious and the texture and consistency utter perfection. There are other really good gelato places out there but if you want the real thing and you want the best of the beat, this is the place!

This place is amazing!! Love me some ice cream, but it always makes my stomach hurt. So, I always gear towards gelato. I always come here after the beach when I'm in HB.

Visiting Huntington Beach for the first time and stopped by this delicious Gelato place! The Gelato was amazing and the service top notch. In such a busy area, the barista (Kel) did an amazing job serving everyone in the store and had such a great attitude. Recommend stopping by !

The young man who runs "Mangiamo Gelato Caffe," Nick from Italy, is fun and pleasant to speak with! He makes the gelato fresh every day! The coffee is strong and Italian style, if you order it that way! I enjoy the delicious treats and practicing speaking Italian with him, what more can I say?!

Mangiamo Gelato serves some of the very best gelato, in a continuously rotating variety of genuine flavors that I have experienced over my long life. So, I was surprised while reading a few reviewers' neutral to slightly negative comments.

Some of these reviewers actually have either never been to Italy to taste the 'real thing', or/and they expect real gelato to taste like ice cream. It is not supposed to! Most of today's commercial ice cream is made with corn syrup, which is way more sweet than sugar (and fattening). Mangiamo gelato uses sugar, along with the 'natural' ingredients that flavor has been named after. It IS the real thing - and the best gelato in SoCal!
