Found this place after paying way too much for a bottle across the street. Staff were very friendly and helpful. This is the place to go if you are staying in the area.

One of my friends bought a bottle of Bicardi to take back to Hyatt. The bottom of the Bottle broke in the elevator and drained out. I told her to take it back and get it replaced since they'd get credit and it was obviously sealed.
Rather than do a simple exchange, they made her wait for the "Owner" who never showed. She left in disgust. P.O.S. showed absolutely no customer service.
Next complaint A.B.C. , deal with that jerk.
