Friendly, kind and helpful people who are not your typical sales reps. Melissa and Chuck made sure to clearly walk me through every step of the process without pushing any sales pitches and while allowing me all the time I needed to think over things. I called them 5 times before actually coming to take a look and each call was met with the same level of patience and helpfulness. At the shop itself, I was treated like family rather than a customer before, during and after the purchase. The reviews here are entirely warranted

This is one of the absolute best auto sales places I have ever encountered. Chuck, Melissa and the crew at Pennington's are friendly, honest, and customer oriented people. I recently bought my second vehicle from Pennington's and the best part is that I still have my first one and they are both great. The customer service is top notch and the car buying experience is like working with a friend of the family. They are helpful and kind and genuinely interested in finding you a car that suits you the best! My favorite thing about being a Pennington customer is that I no longer need to worry about finding a good honest mechanic. They are a full service shop and have good relationships with shops that handle niche car repairs and service as well. On several occasions over the past few years I've needed my car serviced or repaired and I felt like Pennington's was extremely reasonable when quoting. But, things only got better when they were able to solve my problem for less than the quoted amount! This has happened on more than one occasion, leaving me convinced that everyone at Pennington's truely has all of their customers' best interest at heart! Finally, they are flexible and understanding when it comes to payment. Of course, they must be paid, but when hard times strike, they are sometimes willing to split or defer payments to decrease hardship. When my clutch went out a couple years ago, they helped me with a payment plan that got me through a rough patch. I can't say enough good things about Pennington's. From car buying, to maintenance, to customer service, to payment, they have mastered their craft and make the customer experience a dream.

We bought a car from Melissa and Chuck over two years ago. The engine just blew and they went above and beyond to put is in another car. Everything they sell is in good condition, fully inspected, repaired and they stand behind it should you have any issues. If your looking for a dependable used car and don't want to get ripped off this is the place to go.

This place is awesome. Melissa is super sweet and knowledgeable! The entire staff is nice and helpful. They have great cars/SUV's/ Trucks to chose from and they really just want to help!! Good hearted company that will keep Honesty in the forefront of all deals!

I met with Robert (also Mellisa and Vigil) today during my visit of shopping for an used car. He is indeed a man of integrity and I appreciated very much of all the other personnel I talked with today too. In the end of day, Robert was more concerned about getting the right vehicle for his customers than making the profit. I can not say enough goodness about Pennington and will go back next time and recommend everyone to this wonderful place.

My husband bought a car from Melissa in 2003 and not only have we bought more cars as family dynamics have changed, but our children have also purchased their own vehicles from Melissa! Where do I start...

THANK YOU to Pennington's for recently selling my 2004 Honda Accord. My old car was on it's last leg and due to my job I had to get a new car, and quick. I was referred by a someone who knew Chuck and when I drove to his lot it was quite unassuming. The shop is kinda hidden in the back of a small business park and was not at all what I was expecting. But, he does have some nice cars hidden there.

Unfortunately, after applying for a credit ap, the bank rejected me. :( .. Chuck (the owner) went ahead and took a chance to in store finance me. So with a trade in and some down I could walk out of there with a reliable car that will last me years to come. Another good thing, is that my length of financing is only 2 and a half years, instead of the typical 5, so in no time I could have my car paid off. :)

I have had the car since May 1st and thus far runs like a champ. Clean car, Clean engine, everyone I talk to tells me what a beauty my car is and what a great deal I got...
