Whenever we head to the theme parks such as Disneyland and fly to SNA, we always choose Alamo for our rental car, and it's been a breeze every time. Booking ahead is super simple, and even on the busiest days, Alamo's team makes things easy.

What's cool is that Alamo at SNA does things a bit differently than other places we've been to, like Orlando (MCO). In Orlando, they have this nifty system where we don't have to talk to anyone – we just check in and pick our car type. The best part? No hassles. The staff is always nice, and the process is quick.

So, whether we're in SNA, MCO, or where ever we travel to, Alamo makes sure our travel adventure starts smoothly. Definitely our go-to for stress-free travel and reliable cars. Thumbs up!

Tip: Download the app. and book your reservation in advance. You can easily manage your booking as well. Don't wait in line!!! That's so old school. Lol.

Had an excellent experience with Alamo Rental at John Wayne Airport.
I arrived late around 11p, so I knew choices weren’t great but DINO found me a comfy and sporty Mercedes C300 that fit my reserved category better than some other options. He was also super friendly and accommodating, even though he was the only one working the desk that night.

When I returned my car, FAISAL, was awesome during the process. He didn’t rush me and he made sure I was satisfied with my rental and my trip. He also asked to make sure I got everything out of the car, I may have forgotten. The return process is usually quick and done, but I truly appreciated Faisal’s human touch to the interaction.

I’ve always been a fan of Alamo because they have more options to your rental reservations and the service has been consistently great. But these guys at SNA were exceptional.

Absolutely fantastic experience from reservations to drop off. The agent at pick up was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. I had to drop the van early and it was super simple. Pricing was reasonable and the van I rented was literally brand new, which was an added bonus. I highly recommend Alamo and will definitely use their service again! Keep up the great work!

What a great experience! Our flight was a late evening arrival but Alamo was there to assist us. Originally we had another rental company booked but cancelled them due to no services late at night or early in the morning. When we returned our vehicle at 5am they were there to help. Customer service people were friendly and helpful. My family will definitely make Alamo our rental car company in future travels.

My recent rental was easy-peasy at John Wayne Airport. Picked up the car in the lot. Check-in took lass than 10 minutes ...dropping off was less than a minute. They emailed me my receipt. Nice job Alamo.

Great staff, great experience & very helpful! Veronica was very professional & kind, took the time to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. She even upgraded me to a newer car that was more reliable. When returning my rental, Dino made it easy & was very kind & helpful. Highly recommended!

Pick-up at the airport was very nice. I want to say the pick-up agent's name was Maricela. She was professional and kind.

The car had a few issues but didn't ruin the trip, in fact Maggie was there to take the brunt of my complaints, and let me just say, Maggie was so kind, understanding, as I wasn't upset but she paraphrased my list of what was going on. That ensured me that she was listening and smiling the entire time, and made me feel like a King when I left. I have been using Alamo for years. Even to the point where I bring donuts if I have a chance. Once my wife baked cinnamon rolls for the Alamo team at SNA.

I just wish the membership I have would give better rates as I do not like going anywhere else, but there have been times Sixt and Enterprise where my wife uses as a Delta Airlines employee gets better cars for the same cost or or lower.

As long as Alamo keeps hiring the people they do I will continue renting from you.

I always have a great experience when renting a car with Alamo. The service they provide is always "Quality Experience " . The staff is very attentive and friendly. Faisal was very helpful when I returned the car. He made sure we left happy and his customer service was phenomenal.

We just decided to switch to Alamo on a recommendation of a good friend who travels a lot for business, after several TERRIBLE experiences using Budget. We flew in to John Wayne airport in Santa Anna. Rachel helped us right away, was super efficient, friendly, and HIGHLY service oriented. Our happiness was clearly her goal. We were in our car within 5 minutes. The car was CLEAN. I have not been in a cleaner rental car in years. Very impressed. Will continue to use Alamo for now. Hopefully this high level of service is consistent across all locations/airports.

I have rented cars all over the country and I’ve never had a better experience than I did with Alaimo. I flew into an airport in California picked up the car within five minutes. I was on the road they had everything ready for me and the return of the car in another state was even faster. They scan the car, bill you and you’re good to go. if you’re looking for excellent customer service and a quality vehicle at a good price, Alamo is the way to go! I’ll be a customer for life

Efficient, friendly, smooth and affordable, Alamo was amazing! I had a horrible encounter initially trying to rent a car from Hertz but they were unable to read my credit card and quite rude about it. Luckily Alamo was just a few steps away and were able to read my card and get me a car within minutes and actually saved me money compared to Hertz. When I returned the car, Faisal helped me out and made it the smoothest experience possible and was full of holiday spirit! Great experience! I will definitely rent from Alamo again!

Great check out and turn in process; vehicle was exactly what we were looking for, ran well and was practically brand new. Very appreciative of Alamo and their services. Alamo has become our go to car rental service nationwide, because of their service, friendliness and speedy check in at some airports.

Staff at SNA really went out of their way to resolve a last minute booking change, and resultant issue with rate change. Both the check in personnel and the site manager helped in getting it resolved in a friendly and efficient manner. Also picking up the vehicle and getting an upgrade to what I had booked was also a great experience. Certainly recommend them at this location.

I had a very easy experience using Alamo Rent A Car at John Wayne Orange County Airport. Staff was friendly, and it didn't matter that I was 30 mins early to pick up the car, they still had it ready for me.

Dino helped us with our rental car and Faisal helped with us on our return. Not only were both extremely professional in every aspect, they both know and understand the importance of customer service. Something rental car agencies have forgotten since Covid. The Alamo outlet at the John Wayne Airport (KSNA) was fantastic. We were given a clean, almost brand new Jeep Grand Cherokee and the check in process was painless. When we returned, Monica handled the final paperwork quickly. She even took the extra time to explain the bill to us and offered us a discount. Thank you Monica for making a difficult trip, a bit easier. We'll be back!

All members of the Alamo team were great. They were professional and attentive. We arrived about an hour before our reservation and they worked to get us into a suv/van as soon as possible; despite not having one on hand at that moment that could accommodate 5 people and luggage. Ultimately, they checked in with us frequently and got us into a car on time that was slightly upgraded from what I reserved. Note to self: would be to reserve the car for time blocks with a bit more cushion on either side in an effort not to be waiting around; but that was on me.

I’ve been using Alamo for quite some time now at the John Wayne airport, and I always have the best experience. Everyone is always kind and helpful. I rent at least twice a month for work, and Alamo is my preferred choice for rentals. The last two times I was helped by Marisol (sp) and she was amazing! She remembered who I was, and chatted with me while she was getting g things set up. Even today when I went in, she spoke to me although she was helping another customer! Keep up the great customer service Alamo!
