I have always been impressed with the way you guys take care of all of your customers and I have been lucky enough to be able to buy two cars from enterprise thanks for Mike Gold and Zack gave me a great deal yesterday!

The agents at this location at so much better than the airport. I usually get irritated with upgrade offers but they were really professional about it. I got this car for about $250 more than my original reservation…which is very reasonable. I enjoyed the car and experience!!!

Simply …amazing!!! Since a walk in I was greeted well,I asked “I need car “ I gave my D license,they got my info and gave them my credit card and done I choose my car. And after I was done I gave the keys they inspected the car and done deal. Love you guys!!! I travel every year and I have found my car rental company.

This was my first time renting a car and I had a wonderful experience at this location. Check in was smooth. Shoutout to Isaiah and Jonathan. Isaiah was patient, helpful, and explained everything in detail. Jonathan, who drove me home, was really nice, a safe driver, and conversation was great!

Had a great time with the Enterprise Charger. The whole process was easy and I was on the road within 20 minutes of pickup. I highly recommend enterprise and tell friends and family to use their services.

I dropped off the rental and Dimitri was kind enough to drop me off on his way to a customer's house. He had a great personality and was very down to earth. I felt like I was having a conversation with someone I knew for years. Great customer service.

I had the opportunity to talk with everyone here and they all exceeded my expectations from Tania helping me get the vehicle I wanted reserved, to Amin checking me in and explaining the insurance coaches to me. To Tony with his customer service and lastly Greg dropping me off at home. I really appreciate all the team here

I was helped by Shaun. He was great. Great customer service. Went out of his way to resolve an issue I encountered prior to arrival. Got the right vehicle. Great price and empathized with my previous experience which didnt go as well no fault to Enterprise but the car that I had used previously broke down en route to dropping it back off to the rental agency. Wanted to shout out Tanaya Bright and Michael Johnson for giving outstanding customer service. I was in and out within 10mins and got to choose which SUV I could rent for my brothers San Diego trip. Thanks to both of you for making his birthday weekend enjoyable!

I had a great experience picking up my rental at this location. The car size I had booked was not available when I arrived and they were nice enough to put me in a next level rental at no additional cost so I could be on my way. Once, I hit the road I also noticed a nick in the windshield we missed during the initial inspection and I called and they just added a note to my rental. No trouble at all! I like booking with Enterprise because the cars are usually nicer than other places, and the customer service really makes them stand out.

I came to Disneyland with my family. Todays was supposed to be the second day at the park but it turned out to be a nightmare. I come From Seattle and as soon as we got to Anaheim the truck we had rented needed an oil change and was vibrating. I went to 5 different enterprises and I got the run around that no one could help me get another truck. They wanted me to take even more time out of our day (be aware it was already 2 pm) to take it to get an oil change and inspection .

Thankfully I came eventually landed at Shawn’s Enterprise in Orange. Him and his team saved our day. We were able to get another truck as he moved mountains to help us out when no one else could (wanted).

This is truly the best experience I have ever had at enterprise rent-a-car. Carolen Faraji, Branch Manager, was so awesome and everyone present including Tatum, Jen, and Rich were all professional, courteous, polite, friendly, and helpful. They took care of all of our rental needs and did it with extreme quickness. I recommend renting from this location, as they are the best thank you all and Happy Holidays to you all!!!

Once again Enterprise comes to the rescue! I needed a car for a long trip, since I didn’t want to flight during the present COVID-19 pandemic, and I reserve a full size car. The price was more than atractivo thanks to being a Costco member. When I went to pick up my car I’ve was informed that they didn’t have the car I requested but that they had a late model truck instead. I was a bit disappointed but when they offered a modest discount and a tank of gas I agreed. I am glad I did, the truck was perfect for my trip, it offered all the amenities of a car and more. The extra cargo was a bless and the ride very comfortable.
Service was top notch from the moment I arrive until I return the vehicle. Fast, courteous and efficient!
I highly recommend Enterprise, they continue to be my favorite car rental company.

Garrett was very helpful and getting me a car period I came in with a reserved spot for a day and needed to extend it till friday. He suggested I get the weekly rate which saved me a few bucks. I rented cars quite a few times and always through enterprise. I don't think I'll ever rent from another company. Great experiences every time an unlimited miles to drive.

The day I showed up to drop my truck off I was having a BAD day and in turn had an even worse attitude. I was greeted by one of the representatives that was so happy and NOT stressed and changed my attitude and whole day. In a world of so much negativity and attitudes to match it was truly awesome to have interacted with these guys at Enterprise.

I always ONLY rent from Enterprise and this last trip showed me why, I had a great trip but had a few issues with the car on my way back home. I spoke to the manager not really expecting anything to happen but hoping the next renter wouldn't have the same issues. To my surprise, the manager was very concerned that I was ok and gave me a discount on the rental. Enterprise will continue to be my rental car company.

From start to finish, my check out process couldn't have taken more than 10 minutes. They picked me up to rent my car and drove me home when I returned it. I choose Enterprise when I travel or need a truck for the weekend.
