Nicest trailer park I've ever seen. Space rent is unbelievably high. You can't beat the location, if you like the beach, in this part of HB.

Great place to watch the air show

Growing up certain adolescent years here, I have decades of expericene at HBTS. One of my best friends growing up still lives here to this day, so I still stop in from time to time. Even with years of management changes and construction, it has always remained a great feeling place to be.

Adorned with surfers, professionals, artists, engineers, and pretty much any level of societal archetypeal citizen you can think of, HBTS has always brought a sense of security and familiarity to my psyche. Decades later this has turned to nostalgia, even as HBTS modernizes to remain in code of property standards further every year; which it very mariginally exceeds in all the time, it leaves me feeling almost like being shown an image of a parallel universe if I ⁵ HBTS where run by corporatists like all the other nearby rental property market companies, where I would have grown up in a later timeline.

Friendly staff great location wonderful weather 9 months out of the year helpful employees that are willing to go above and beyond to make your stay that much more great would highly recommend this to all people I know.

What a beautiful.place! All the little homes are so precious and the property is well kept. All the neighbors are wonderful and the location is amazing!

Big community neighbors all seem nice enough. You call into whoever you are going to visit from the gate and they buzz u in.
