I am so thrilled with the service we received from Do it Right Plumbers. Derek did an outstanding job and has fabulous customer service skills. He explained everything in detail about getting our new kitchen faucet. We asked if we could buy the actual faucet through them and he said yes and showed us a lot of options. It also came with a lifetime warranty. You can’t beat that! The installation looks beautiful. Thank you for outstanding customer service. We will definitely recommend Do it Right Plumbers to our friends.

Derek was great! He is very professional and knowledgeable of his industry and my home needs. He took his time to make sure of what my home needed and then moved forward with my estimate. I would definitely recommend “do it right” plumbing and Derek to everyone!

The plumber who helped us was Brandon P. He got here within an hour after I made my call needing a leak fixed in my upstairs bathroom vanity. He took a quick look and said it would be no problem to fix. He changed both water supply valves and hoses, installed a new faucet and changed out my old p-trap. He is a perfectionist and spent about 30 minutes cleaning up. I would not hesitate to ask for Brandon again.

I recently had a conversation with Megan. She was extremely pleasant and helpful, going as far as scheduling an appointment for me and waiving the service fee that the previous company had charged me. I want to express my gratitude for this gesture and I'm eagerly anticipating our future collaboration. I highly recommend them, especially considering the fact that they waived the service fee, which most companies wouldn't do. This act alone demonstrates their exceptional level of service.

Gunner is awesome. He led the team who repiped my whole house Feb 2023. They did an amazing job and finished completely in 2 days. Gunner replaced my toilet today in a short time. He's reliable, neat and tidy and I'm very happy with Do It Right plumbing. Thanks so much!

My tankless water heater stopped working. I called about 7 plumbers to repair it. The first 6 told me that I would have to replace it, and I got quotes ranging from $5k - $11k. Ridiculous! By the time Christian came to my home, I told him that the water heater needed to be replaced. He said, "You're making my job too easy. Is it okay if I first take a look at it?" I told him to go ahead. The water heater was 8 years old, which is when Christian said that it was just a "baby." He first attempted to replace a few parts, but that did not fix the water heater. He then asked if I had any of the warranty information, but I did not. He still attempted to call the manufacturer. Turns out my water heater was STILL UNDER WARRANTY. Christian saved me thousands of dollars!!! That same day, he picked up a new water heater and installed it. He just charged me for installation. My husband and I now refer to Do It Right Plumbers as our plumbers.

Our technician Jonathan did an excellent job! He got here on time, very friendly and considerate to put on a pair of shoe -wrap before entering. He had to go out to purchase parts to replace our old washer-dryer faucet box and made multiple trips with his tools just to get to our 3rd floor and still came with a pleasant smile. The finished job was done exceptionally!

Our guy, Gunnar, was extremely friendly, informative, and patient with my 88-year-old dad who is hard of hearing. The main reason he came was to check our water heater. He ended up replacing the whole thing. He also fixed one of our toilets, which was leaky. He stayed until after dark and didn't rush through, like others may have done. He explained that he'd rather do it right than rush and have to come back. He gave us a really great deal, which I am confident, will lead to a good ongoing relationship for future problems. We will definitely recommend. You really live up to the name of your business! Really cool logo and van design too! 10 stars!

We had a tankless water heater that would not produce hot water whenever it rained heavily. I contacted Do It Right Plumbers and the dispatcher quickly dispatched Jonathan M. to assess the issue. He arrived within 90 minutes and corrected the problem in under 30 minutes. Jonathan as well as the dispatcher were very empathetic, professional and helpful. I very much appreciated the prompt response. I will definitely use this company for any of my future plumbing needs and will recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you!

This company has been very helpful and professional the couple of times I’ve dealt with them. They have great phone etiquette and do whatever they can to accommodate customers. I submitted requests and right away got a call from "Do It Right Plumbers". Jonathan M. was my technician and was on time, efficient, helpful, and respectful. Ben D was amazing! He explained everything so I understood the importance of his proposals for coverage and he offered three different options which included cost and benefits. He did some work at no charge including getting rid of a huge spider and its web not near him but likely troublesome for me. He needed to get a special pipe and so he waited for the company to deliver it rather than put me off until another day or time. The company scheduled me within a day and kept me informed of his arrival via phone mapping. He also gave me referral discounts for me and any friends. I am extremely happy with his service, knowledge, and friendliness.

Very happy with the service. Christian was professional and knowledgeable. Had a blocked kitchen sink was quoted $950 by another company. Do it right plumbers waived the exam fee and Christian came out fixed it super quick and charged $200. Really happy with the outcome. Also no wait time came out when they said they were going to come out.

I had the pleasure to have Jonathan service my attic pipe leak. He was professional with his knowledge and was very helpful! Best plumbing service experience ever! That says a lot from someone who's in construction.

Ben D. from Do It Right Plumbers is all you hope for when you know a stranger is coming to your house. He’s honest and upfront, skillful, experienced, gregarious, yet professional, and fast. I had never used this company before and even though the fix was major and a hard pill to swallow, plumbers like Ben and the upfront manner of Do It Right (with regular briefings and visual aids, including post-job) made the it easier. Ben D., in particular, deserves major props for just being awesome.

All I can say is a big Thank You, water heater started leaking. 5am woke up to a river in my laundry room. Do it right had a technician on site by 9am and new water heater in by 12pm. Amazing customer service and pricing. Will be my go to company from now on.

This company exemplifies professionalism and great customer service. They squeezed me in the schedule for a quick appointment -- which was much appreciated -- to take a look at my water softener. It's super old and I was expecting them to tell me it needed to be replaced but no, they said it was still doing the job. They could have easily tried to sell me a new softener and I sincerely appreciate their honesty. Christian is terrific and I highly recommend this company.
