We had a great time sightseeing in Los Angeles. Thomas made our stay enjoyable by taking us to many of the sights and giving us advice on how to spend our time in California. He was upbeat and positive, explaining the history and stories of many of the sights. His many experiences as a person and as a guide gave us peace of mind and a variety of discoveries. I recently had the pleasure of booking multiple tours with Surf City Adventure Tours during my visit to Newport Coast, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Each tour was an absolute delight. We embarked on the Coastal Adventure Tour, explored Hollywood and Beverly Hills, had an unforgettable day on Catalina Island, and indulged in a wonderful Temecula Wine Tour. What made these tours even more remarkable was the fact that Surf City Adventure Tours provided door-to-door service, picking us up from our resort and dropping us back off each day. The attention to detail and communication were exemplary, as they even sent text reminders the night before to confirm the pick-up times, which I greatly appreciated.

Thomas and his partner Cathy are true experts when it comes to the Southern California area. They navigated us through the Hollywood and Beverly Hills tour with ease, making a potentially complicated experience effortless. Catalina Island was a highlight of our trip, and Thomas and Cathy made it even more special. They took us on golf cart tours through the island's hills, providing us with breathtaking views and a unique perspective of the island's beauty.

The Temecula Wine Tour was another standout experience. Thomas knew precisely which winery to take us to, offering not only exceptional wines but also incredible panoramic views. He even made reservations for us at a picturesque restaurant, making the day truly unforgettable.

The Surf City Adventure Tour provided us with an absolutely incredible journey through the coastal wonders of Orange County, California. From Laguna Beach to Dana Point, Newport Beach, and Huntington Beach, every stop was filled with breathtaking sights and unforgettable experiences. The knowledgeable local guides Tom and Cathey made the tour informative and engaging, providing insights into the local culture, history, and surf scene. We had the opportunity to explore stunning beaches, indulge in delicious cuisine, and even catch some waves. The tour showcased the best of Orange County's coastal beauty and left us with memories that will last a lifetime. An absolute must-do for anyone visiting the area!

we went on the Catalina tour last Thursday 28 September ,Tom And Cathy were the perfect guides.Ferry over and back took an hour each way,then the museum ,then we took golf carts all around the island, lunch and buffalo shake.I would recommend their tour to anyone

We had a very pleasant private tour with Thomas and Kathy. They are very knowledgeable about the sights and local history. We were transported in a new, very clean van with all the amenities. The tour is well thought out and Thomas's 12 years of expertise is apparent. There is plenty of time to stop and take pictures at all the attractions and they know all the best spots to get your shot. We enjoyed a nice stop for lunch and made it back to our hotel with plenty of time to enjoy the rest of the day. The tour truly has something for everyone. Thank you Thomas and Kathy!

We booked Surf City Adventure Tours last year with Thomas. We enjoyed it so much, that we booked another tour this year! Always a great price and much to see. Thomas is a great driver and very Knowledgeable you feel safe and he puts you at ease. I recommend others to book the tours he offers! You won't be disappointed. Hope to book another one next time!

Thomas was a great tour guide and very knowledgeable about the area. He had his timing down to perfection - we always seemed to get to each venue before the crowds. His vehicle was immaculate and he even provided WiFi for the kids. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone wanting to see the sights of LA without any of the hassle. Absolutely loved Huntington beach, we'll be back for sure and would definitely hire Surf City tours again.👍

Loved, loved, loved our Hollywood LA tour with Tommy! We were on the fence about doing an 8 hour tour but it was well worth it!! From the very start I knew it was gonna be good, Tommy picked us up from our hotel, gave us a little history about old Hollywood, we watched an informative video during the ride which really gave a good history of how it all began. It was great to see the actual establishments that were talked about in the video. Tommy took us into the neighborhoods to see some exquisite homes of some of the stars. The visit to the Greystone mansion was absolutely beautiful, the grounds are gorgeous. We stopped in Beverly Hills to get a sign pic, drove up Rodeo Drive, then stopped for lunch at the fabulous farmers market. We drove through LA visiting some neat stops along the way. Tommy went above and beyond to cater to his clients, going out of the way to accommodate those that have a hard time walking, etc. He’s a great photographer too, insisting on getting out and taking pics where he’d take them for you. We definitely received the Royal treatment! Highly recommend!!

My husband and I just got back from a tour with Thomas and it was a wealth of experience in one day. I am so glad we chose Surf City Tours because we got to see the best of Hollywood and Beverly Hills and so much more. Thank you very much, Thomas for the great tour guide. Thomas gave us a great family day out! Highly recommend this tour! The pick up was punctual, the minibus comfortable, Thomas was great at telling us bits and pieces as we drove around and I particularly enjoyed the walk around the Greystone estate! Thanks - memories for all of us!

First off, I called Thomas via other Trip Advisor recommendations and am so glad I did. Within a couple of hours, it was like Thomas was a long-lost family member. We booked surf lessons, paddle boarding, Laguna, Hollywood, Venice and everything else we could fit into our 5 day trip! Thomas was always early, dressed nicely, and ready for fun....
