In general, I believe that a good travel agency should provide excellent customer service, offer a wide variety of travel options, and be knowledgeable about the destinations they offer. Based on my experience with Global Reverie, I can say that they meet all of these criteria and more.

This company is awesome! I had to coordinate a trip to vegas for 18 people who were arriving on different days and different times, and they helped me manage the chaos of hotel reservations! I worked with Hans, and he was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I will definitely be using them again for future vacation needs.

Not your average travel agency! Our family used Global Reverie for a trip to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico and the entire experience was incredibly seamless. From helping us find the perfect place to stay, to finding unique and memorable experiences and dining recommendations, Global Reverie's service was top notch. I don't typically use travel agencies, however I will definitely be utilizing their expertise for future trips and would highly recommend Global Reverie to anyone looking for a custom and luxurious travel experience!

I used Global Reverie for a safari in Africa and my honeymoon to the Maldives. Hans created the most amazing itinerary and made the planning process so easy. Everything from our flights to dinners were planned, all we had todo was show up. He had an airport escort meet us at our gate and they took care of all our Covid testing info, customs paperwork and car service. We had great upgrades throughout both trips and never had any issues. If we had questions were we able to contact him via text and he promptly replied and handled everything. He also add special touch’s like flowers, couples massage and bottles of wine without us requesting and free! I can’t say enough, I will never plan another trip on my own again.

Global Reverie is planning a week long trip to the French Riviera for my family. Communication and suggestions have been fantastic so far. I highly recommend their services to anyone planning a trip.
