We got to work with Scott Miller to both sell our old house and buy a new home and we were beyond thrilled with his services. He is very professional, knowledgeable of the market and overall a very genuine person, which isn't always easy to come by in this industry. I know he always had our best interest in mind. I really appreciated how responsive he was to all of our questions (I had a ton). He kept us updated every step of the process. When we were going through the process of buying a new home and selling our old one I was 9 months pregnant and then had a newborn. He was so considerate of our situation and made a potentially very stressful situation as easy as possible. He was able to sell our home the first weekend it was held open! 2nd I will mention - when you live 1 mile from the beach every realtor wants to sell your home, even when it is not for sell, noted by all the mailings and flyers at the front door step. We picked who we thought was the top 5 of the bunch and researched them, we have learned somewhat from experience what we wanted in working with a realtor. Knowledgeable, professional, yet friendly ( always good to laugh with your realtor, can't trust the stuffy ones) with a natural smile, presence in social media, quality of flyers that picture homes, description of homes, frequency of open houses, and positive word of mouth etc. So when Scott came to our home, he was well prepared, we agreed with him totally, he passed all of the above and more! It was pretty quick and easy because we had pretty much singled him out as the best choice for us.

May I just say Scott did not disappoint, in fact he far exceeded our expectations on every point! He was always available, dependable, in fact we didn't even have to call for updates because we knew with in a couple hours when he would report to us each week! Amazing! Working with Scott was the best selling experience we have ever had! I absolutely would call him friend.

I will start off by saying I have bought 2 homes with Scott as my agent and sold 1 home. I will also say if you are really serious about purchasing then you need to use Scott Miller. If you are just a looky loo then you may want to waste someone elses time. I first met Scott about 4 years ago and I was partially working with another agent who was non aggressive and sometimes non-responsive and really didnt know the inventory as Scott does. Scott and I made an agreement that for 90 days I would let him be the primary person to research and show me homes that fit my specific criteria. I am a very picky person and only want what I want, I do not like ot be sold on something outside of my parameters. Within 60 days he found my perfect house and it was only the 4th house he had me go see. He never wasted my time and the three other homes were definitely within the criteria that I set. That purchase went extremely smoothly. Now I am geting married and I needed a bigger home. Once again I told Scott my criteria and my desireable neighborhoods. Again he never wasted my time and only brought me to homes that he knew there was a chance of me purchasing, did not try and up-sell me or make me settle for something. When we found the house we liked, he went to work immediately. It was a Sunday and we had an offer written before he went to sleep that night. Within 2 days we had a negotiated deal and opened escrow. At the same time we listed my previous home and had an acceptable offer within about 10days. I now have an extremely happy Fiance and have sold my previous home, what more could I ask for and I believe without the help of Scott this would not have been possible. Like I started off saying Scott makes things happen so if you are a serious home buyer and you want someone to look out for your personal interests I would look no further. I hope this helps someone make the right decision. Do not settle for some second rate agent or a personal friend who says they are in the business, if you are looking to buy a home in Huntington Beach I would look no further.

I spent the last 15 years as a RE developer and defense contractor for the US Army Corps of Engineers. Over those years I've developed a strong distaste for RE agents and brokers. I was quite surprised to see Scott Miller break this mold. Scott has what most all RE brokers/agents lack - absolute integrity.

I would normally never recommend using any broker/agent for any type of RE transaction. He helped me at every turn, from downsizing to putting a list together of repairs and upgrades, which took about 8 months to accomplish. Scott has a vast array of reliable resources, which I used and am well satisfied. After moving out, Scott continued to do more repairs and put the house on the market within the month. It sold during the 1st Open House. Escrow went smoothly and Scott’s staff walked me through all the electronic docs.
